Breakfast: 287 kcal
Lunch: 432 kcal
Dinner: 376 kcal
Snack: none
Felt guilty cause i had a small portion of spaghetti for lunch so i went to the gym and went running on the treadmill for 50 min, afterwards i had yoga class, so according to my Apple Watch i burned 1.048 kcal, wich leads to a net intake of 48 kcal, i guess its okay.
Also had 3 Stanley Cups full of Water yesterday, wich is 120 oz / 3.36l of Water
I let myself go the last few months, so i am pretty happy about the last two days. I hope that i can plan my first day fasting for the next week.

Hope i will loose at least 2 kg in the next week, maybe lose a cm in my waist or hips measurements
Wanted to have a net intake of 1000kcal and it went pretty well for the first day:
Breakfast: 355 kcal
Lunch: 308 kcal
Dinner: 465 kcal
Snack: none
So except for the dinner (my dorm mates made me eat…) i was pretty happy. But i also went to the gym and went jogging on a treadmill which burned 692 kcal (at least what my Apple Watch said)
So after my sport session i had a net intake of 437 kcal which is okay…
Also had 3 Stanley cups full of water, which is 120 oz or 3.36l of Water

✨My personal Diet ✨
Because I start to work again next week i made myself a personal diet plan on which i want to stick for the next week. I guess it will be kind of difficult, cause i do work in a shift system. But i want to try my best.
Monday: 1000 calories (starting the diet, so ill try to make myself an easy start)
Tuesday: 900 calories
Wednesday: 800 calories
Thursday: 700 calories
Friday: 1000-1500 calories (have to work on morning shift)
Saturday: 1000 calories (have to work on Night Shift)
Sunday: 1500 calories (have to work on Night Shift)
Of course i try to stay below my calorie limit and do sports on my free days. Surely i will keep you updated.

Wasn’t active the last few months. Really thought i would feel better, met this guy we went dating, everything was finde. Turns out he didn’t want me… now he has a girlfriend and i think she’s kinda ugly but she’s so small, so thin. Guess i need to loose weight desperately.
I am a clown, gaslighting myself… now there will be no gaslighting. I am an ugly and fat pig. So i made myself a plan, will start tomorrow and keep pushing so ill be pretty by the summer.
At least i started working out in the gym again. Right now i am able to go to the gym at least twice a week, doing some cardio, Pilates and yoga. Hope that i will loose at least 10kg/ 22,5lbs until July when i go to the gym and stick to my diet.

Today I’ll start the Skinny Purple Diet.
Weighted myself today will start the diet with 115kg/253,5lbs, which is pretty good so I lost 7kg/ 15,5 lbs in 18 Days. If I the skinny purple diet will last 36 days, so approximately i will lose 14kg/30,8 lbs hopefully even more. Than I am only 21 lbs away from my 1st gw. Hopefully it’ll workout. Will keep you updated.

Made like a ‚normal‘ diet the last two days. Went pretty well especially yesterday; had a net calorie intake of 300 kcal without starving myself and doing much sports.
Will start the skinny purple diet tomorrow. Try to keep you guys updated bout the diet. I dunno how well it’ll be going, but I try my best. Try to do lots of sports, work a lot to keep me distracted and try to stay away from my family.
Hopefully I will lose much weight… will weight myself tomorrow morning and measure my waist to see where it all starts and where it’ll be going.

Wasn’t active the last days… didn’t had much time had to work a lot. But I finished the 10 days challenge and I lost 5kg/ 11lbs. Try to stick to a normal diet and then I will start with the purple skinny diet

Had a binge yesterday again. Went out with my friends and couldn’t resist to eat with them… I am so disappointed by myself for not resisting the urge to not eat something… try to liquid fast today. Only things with calories I want to drink are a small portion of Diet Coke and vegetable broth. And ofc lots of water. Hope this will fix the mistake I made yesterday.

So today wasn’t great at all. I hate weekends cs I am always obeyed by my parents and it drives me crazy i don’t have the full control about my meals. I am so glad that they are working tomorrow, so I can have the control back. I hate it. They took everything I could control away from me and now they even try to control my meals.
And also I feel like I am getting sick. I mean for real. I think I will get a cold or something else. I mean being sick isn’t great cs I couldn’t do any sports but i have a good excuse for not eating. I will see what the next week will bring for me.

So I couldn’t really fast today cs my family made me eat dinner and breakfast. I am so frustrated i ate so much today. I really didn’t need those extra calories after my binge yesterday evening. Still hate myself for that. And I hat the weekends when my family is at home, they will have such an eye on me so I have to eat something and need to be careful with my home workouts. Why couldn’t they just leave me alone. It’s not like they are the best family anyway…

i could literally cry. Yesterday was a disastrous day. I ate way too much. I really binged. I didn’t even count the calories properly. The day started so good… and in the evening…
to fix this disaster I will try to eat nothing today. I mean I still feel full from yesterday. So I try to fast as long as possible. Maybe the whole day.
tomorrow I wanted to weight myself again. I hope the scale won’t punish me for this disastrous day.

To put it in a nutshell today wasn’t that good. I couldn’t reach all my points today cs I couldn’t sleep enough cs I had to go to work and had to get up pretty early (5am). Also I had the feeling of fainting after work cs I made so many steps, so I had to eat and my parents made me eat dinner, so I ate a little bit more.

So I thought about giving myself a kind of „special“ treat for reaching each gw
Gw1: new MacBook and iPhone
I desperately need a new MacBook for universitiy and I want a new phone cs I still have an iPhone 7 lol, and bcs my first gw will be my biggest weightless I will motivate myself with new technical devices.
Gw2: classic Tiffany necklace
Some jewelry piece I want for so long and try to save money for, but I will gift it myself for a kind of special occasion
Gw3: new designer bag
I actually collect modern and vintage designer handbags and I will wait to buy my next one, until I reached the 143lbs
Ugw: shopping trip
Ofc I need new clothes after losing so much weight so I will do a big shopping trip after reaching my ugw.
I hope these little treats will help me stay motivated until I reach my ugw. But I guess it will, cs most of these things are something I want for a long time. So I guess I have enough time to save more money for all those beautiful things I want to motivate myself. Maybe I could motivate you guys a little bit too.

So Today was a good day. Full points reached and it didn’t feel like I put much effort in it. I guess it will motivate to keep pushing me for the next days. Also weighted myself and I lost 2,5kg/5,5 lbs, which is quiet good, not perfect, but still good. Hopefully I will lose more weight after the challenge. Next year I will look cute so I want to reach my gw as fast as possible.
