its this youtube channel called “Prepix Dance Studio” and it is literally filled with COUNTLESS videos of im assuming kpop or korean girls (and some guys but lets be real im only looking at the girls) and they dance and do different choreography to different songs but like they wear all the outfits and clothes i wish i could wear and theyre all so thin and slim and everything i wish i could be and just yeah i needed to share bc i think watching these videos is really going to help me

🌙Home Made 140 Calorie Banana Pancake Recipe🌙
So, I have seen this recipe floating around the internet and decided to share my version with you!
⭐️Materials⭐️
1 frying pan
1 spatula
1 whisk
1 fork
1 small-medium mixing bowl
✨Ingredients✨
½ ripe banana - 53 calories
1 large egg - 73 calories
Non stick spray. I used Butter PAM - 0 calories
🌟Optional🌟
Cinnamon
Vanilla Extract
Low Fat Whipped Creme for topping
🏵Directions🏵
1) Peel ½ of a ripe banana and, using a fork, mash it in your bowl until it becomes paste-like, but still has some chunks.
1.5) I added a splash of vanilla (less than 1tsp) and a dash of cinnamon (less than 1tsp)
2) Crack in your egg. Use a whisk to beat the mixture until it becomes frothy.
3)On your stove, turn the burner to medium heat and spray your pan with non-stick spray.
4) Measure about ¼ cup of your batter and pour it in the pan.
5) When bubbles appear along the edges of the pancake, flip it.
6) Cook on both sides until golden brown.
7) Serve and Enjoy!

Amazing low calorie soup
-6 stalks of celery
-3 carrots
-1 white onion
-3 tomatoes
-1L of water or stock
-spices (I used salt, pepper, herbs de Provence, onion/garlic powder, and cholula hot sauce)
STEPS:
Bring water to a boil. Add all chopped veggies. Return to a simmer and cover for 30 mins. Add your spices and blend it if you like a smooth soup.
Calories: 270 for the ENTIRE thing!! There is so much it’ll last days. :)
