The best part about the Kentucky Castle (aka the Martin Castle aka the Castle Post aka the Versailes Castle) is that the facade was originally made mostly of styrofoam or something like it.

It caught fire in 2004 during renovations, and there were burnt pieces of styrofoam everywhere. I used to have some.

I do not know if the current castle is constructed similarly, because I am Too Poor to get close enough to tell.
