The housing market is going insane. This hair waxing place is being sold as a 10 bd, 1ba house in Brooklyn, NYC, NY. It is NOT a house. Asking $174,900. So, NYC would allow people to live in here?
This is the reception area.
The 10 "bedrooms" are the procedure rooms.
This larger room has equipment, but it also stores boxes and a desk.
The room on the right looks like a kitchen.
The staff may have breaks at the table and keep their lunches in the fridge, but, it's where they store supplies and prepare & heat the wax.
The rooms lead off this hall and have glass doors.
The bath is large, but it's not a bath. There's no tub or shower.
How can they call this a house?
You also get a nice basement. Oh, and parking is on the street. Lots of luck with that.
