People, please be careful. There are also people tracking children and people and putting bids on them based on their profile pictures on whatsapp, tracking and kidnapping them. Especially young children, so please be cautious, especially parents who have their children as their profile pictures.
Please pass this on to everyone so that they are aware of the danger. I don’t how it is all around the world but I know it can’t just be here so please please spread the word. Thank you.

Hello! I imagine as a writer you spend a lot of time sitting in front of a desk. I'm an artist and although I do a lot of stretching I still find I'm having a lot of pain in my lower back. Do you have any tips that you might have picked up over the years on how to reduce back/joint pain?
Yoga, and standing, and stretching. And changing where I’m writing.

this account is bigger so I’m gonna type it out here and if I say anything worded wrong let me know.
Dream went on kaceys stream tonight and tried to defend himself because she’s been talking shit about him and his community on Twitter. he’s stated the same things he’s stated before about toxic fans not being fans at all and that he doesn’t condone violence or their toxic baheviors.
Dream was gaslit and cornered into agreeing with some of her problematic statements. he couldn’t have said anything about disagreeing with four people shoving words into his mouth. now, I’m not certain, but I’m like 35% sure he was in a relationship in the past where he was the victim of gaslighting??? (if I’m wrong about this info I saw online please correct me!!! I don’t want to spread the misinformation further. please don’t send hate cause I got something from the internet and it could be wrong, I’m literally shaking typing this cause I’m so mad at kacey.)
Kacey and her peanut gallery then continued to gaslight Dream into talking about situations that he has no education on, can’t speak for, and made him clearly feel uncomfortable and the thing that pisses me off the most is that her friend Shaun (the gay one that said that being gay isn’t a personality trait, then continued to make it one) said him and George are queer baiting their community; and his friend- kacey’s sister (who was publicly smoking weed on stream in front of like 10k ppl and probably children... tos anyone???) started telling dream about Shaun’s trauma with being harassed in the past cause he’s gay.
Holly and the others then went on to force Dream’s sexuality out of him, like they weren’t violating his privacy and crossing so many boundaries, to prove that he allegedly is qbaiting. which he’s not. he jokes around and flirts with his Homies. Even so, he was 110% uncomfortable and even hesitated saying his sexuality publicly.
she just outed somebody who said he didn’t want to say his sexuality publicly.
I am so beyond pissed off at this whole entire situation and it all stemmed from kacey not wanting to take responsibility for saying slurs and ableist comments in the past.

It is okay to feel angry, frustrated, hurt or lonely. They may be negative emotions, but that does not mean that they are bad. Feelings like anger, frustration, hurt or loneliness occur when there is an imbalance in your life. They are indicators of what parts of yourself need attention and healing. Rather than seeing negative emotions as something shameful and something you need to suppress, it is so much healthier to see them as your body's language - your body's way of communicating with you and telling you that something is not right. Every emotion has a meaning, a purpose. It is so important to feel all of these negative emotions out and really sit with them in order to figure out what they mean. We are taught that feeling moody, jealous, down etc. are things we need to hide, because it is bad and weak to feel this way. Here is your reminder that that is absolutely wrong. It is human to feel this way and therefore it is right. Listen to your body's language and just sit with it for a while, because everything that these emotions 'want from you' is attention, so that you tend to yourself.

I have 3000 followers now so here's some tips for you all:
clean your scrapes and cuts; yes, even the small ones
use moisturizer and hair oils and stop overwashing your body
don't mix cleaning chemicals for the love of god, especially if bleach is involved in any way, that shit CAN and WILL put you in the ER or in the ground
invest in a food processor or even a small electric chopper, it's worth it, I promise
"common sense" isn't real and we all have to learn things at some point; some people just learn things a bit later than others and that's okay
regular sleep is important but some people are just wired differently and it's okay if your natural sleep cycle doesn't line up with how society is structured
don't quit any prescription medication cold turkey unless it's discussed in detail with at least one medical professional
stop asking yourself if you can survive without an accessibility aid and start asking if it will improve your quality of living instead
just be kind, to yourself and others

How to make applesauce
Making applesauce is a great fall activity and something you can do if you have an hour or so!  I am by no means an expert, but at 41, I’ve made a few batches of applesauce in my day and if you’ve never done it before and want some pointers, well…here you go.
1. Obtain some cooking apples and peel them. I’m using Macs, Cortlands, and a new-to-me variety called Mutsu.  Obviously you’re going to want to use two hands but I am here by myself and only have two arms, so one of them had to be holding the phone to take a picture.  Use a sharp knife.  Dull knives = slips and potential finger loss.
2. Once you’ve peeled your apple to the best of your ability slice that baby in half.  Admire the crisp white flesh.  Extract any worms.  lol  Note that I am not using a traditional paring knife.  My grandma gave me this when I got married and proclaimed it “the best paring knife I own” and she was right.  It looks and feels like a Rada, but I’m not positive that it is.  More than anything, you want a knife that’s comfortable in your hand and that you have good control with.
3. Cut your apple in half again (so it’s in quarters) and remove the stem, core, and end.  By some miracle, this had a super shallow core so it all came off in one piece, but that’s not common.  Just be careful and don’t hack your fingers off, okay?  Okay.
4. Slice that bitch up and throw it in your sauce pan.  You can use any size pan that you have, but I wouldn’t recommend a frying pan/skillet.  You can toss the apples in a crockpot, too, if that’s more your speed.
5. Repeat with all the other apples.  If you compost, you can put your peels aside to chuck on your compost heap.  I live in town and rent my house, so that’s not an option for me.  I put my trash can right next to me and peel directly into the garbage.  You do what’s right for you.
6.  Now you’re going to have a pan of sliced up apples.  Yum!  Feel free to eat one or two, if you need to.  I understand.  Add a little water (I think I added maybe ½ cup or so.)  It’ll help them to start breaking down.
7. Cover those babies up.  (If your pan doesn’t have a lid, I don’t see why aluminum foil wouldn’t work.)  I have a glass top electric stove and put my apples on medium for about 30 minutes, then reduced the heat to simmer.  Once you hear them boiling you can start stirring to see how they’re coming along.  It really depends on the variety of apples that you use as to how long it will take.  I started stirring after 20 minutes and once they started breaking down I added in about 1 TBSPN of cinnamon and maybe ½ cup of sugar.  You don’t have to add these things in, but it’s how I like to make mine.  Depending on the apple variety, you may want more or less sugar/cinnamon.
8.  After an hour or so, you’ll be left with chunky applesauce.  This is how my husband and I like ours.  You can continue to cook if you want it less chunky, or run it through a food processor to break up any stubborn chunks of apples.  (Cortlands, I’m looking your way…)  There you have it!  Homemade applesauce that tastes so much better than the stuff in the supermarket.  :)
