It's not tired because I slept well and feel fine on the tiredness front. But we're still off. Our brain is thinking weird things.
Shinagawa pointed out we have PSYCHOTIC depression, I wonder if the psychotic part is starting to kick in a little. We were having a depressive episode for several days. Maybe this is still just that. I don't feel so depressed, I feel dissociated but our brain is having extra thoughts and feelings. The usual fear that people secretly hate us. Or are lying. And now our brain thinks it's telling the future when we miss-see something.
But otherwise I feel fine, I feel more emotionally stable. I guess we just wait it out
