art for the priest class in my ttrpg Sägen

the last few days ive been looking over classes, skills, and spells. right now i think im sticking with the core four - fighter, mage, thief, and priest. im not tryna reinvent the wheel here, i just wanna put down a flavour of rpg that i crave - plus its just fun to work on

honestly, im not sure about levelling up. its nice to get more hp, but im not that interested in scaling damage and all that. i need to think about it - right now my thought is that you could probably run a campaign for half a year to a year. so not something with 20 lvls or anything, but also not a game just for one shots.

plus, ive been mulling over advanced classes, something you unlock at lvl 5? or whatever half way through the progression curve will be. advanced classes would give you a small signature skill, something extra to add to tweak your playstyle, but not a clear power-boost. idk, all these ideas are still solidifying - there are bigger gameplay questions to iron out first, namely what happens when you get over 100%, how do you track time in the dungeon, overworld travel rules, etc. a lot to do, but a lot of fun ✌️

also also gotta come up with a dang name for the project! aghh the hardest part!
