i regret to inform everyone that the story started off really solid until i realized mucking around with the nios ii assembly commands was going to take too much time
and since this is an assembly language class i p much gave up on writing a coherent story
i will still post it but it has become player & macnamara go around burning down all the buildings: the game
i am drowning in the depths of this dang project but it is WORKING and basically all that's left is to WRITE AND RIG the text
it's a text-based adventure for the nios ii emulator and it's based on Team Starkid's Hatchetfield series and it is due TOMORROW at MIDNIGHT and there is so much left to do and im gonna cry but im SO PROUD OF THIS
and once the grades are released for the semster im tempted to upload it publically >w>

Also hey, cultural history time: The reason why cats are associated with women wasn't ultimately and originally about women as sly, cruel, or capricious creatures, but about cats as mothers to their kittens. And yes, sure, reducing womanhood to motherhood and a woman's worth to her fertility is Much Bad, but nonetheless I want to stress that the reason cats became the symbol animal of so many goddesses and were associated with women from thereon wasn't over some "cats and women are sly and selfish, dogs and men are straightforward and loyal uwu" dichtonomy.
It was about cats' tendency to go "I am 4kg of whoop-ass and if you try to touch my eight beautiful children I will fucking kill you."

They’ll never do a Hitman level set in a Furry Convention because gamers would absolutely ruin it but imagine. like the target isn’t a furry he just owns a hotel that happens to have one every year but you can disguise yourself in a fursuit and some guy will ask you “what species is your sona” and 47 would be like “a wolf. i always felt a connection with…hunters.” and then diana would be like “let’s see if you can sniff out some information, furrty-seven” and then he comes to my house and kills me for writing this
