Supermodel Karlie Kloss shares her beauty tips & give lessons on how to switch up your look from day to night
Have you ever been in a state when you need to out at night without a change of clothes andmakeup? Switching up a look and taking it from day to night is not as easy as it sounds. Your face is either super dry or super oily and there is no way to get the fresh-faced look again without your makeup making your face look cakey.
Supermodel Karlie Kloss shares tips on how she manages to look fresh-faced on the go even late at night!
Kloss prefers to keep a small makeup palette with her at all times. Nothing fancy, something simple with just the basic shades.
- She also prefers to keep things simple. For her,foundation is a total no-no. Instead, she prefers to use concealer on her face! This is becausefoundation gives a cakey look to her face.
Take concealer and dab it around your eyes, nose and lips to refreshes your look the way she does.
- To perfect her eyes, she takes the help of an eyeshadow stick to draw on a thin line on her upper lids - this doesn’t have to be perfect since it is going to be smudged into the eyelid anyway.
- Take some highlighter on your finger and swipe some of it on both your brow bones. You can also dab some on your nose and cupids bow.
- Rather than using any bright shade of lipstick, Kloss prefers the minimalistic look. Which is why she uses a lip liner in a shade that matches her lips. She then overdraws a little above her lips and then fills them in.
- Using a pinkish shade of lipstick or eyeshadow, she dabs a little on her cheeks to add some colour to her face.
- She likes to complete her look with a revitalising spritz that keeps her feeling fresh throughout the day.
