In our lives their's always a happiness and sadness that's why life is like a roller coaster it has ups and downs. Some people will not stay forever in our life. People leave and people come. Their are problems or struggles that we shoud face. So what should we do? stop? give up? turn our backs to the people who love us? No. We should keep on going, don't give up, and be greatful for what you have. Even if life is unfair...life is not perfect...life is short...life is unpredictable... BE STRONG,we must believe that we can survive and the most important have faith in God. ☝🙌🙏❤

I am an "Anak OFW" because my mom is working in Saudi Arabia. Everyday she is working just to give what we need and what we want. Yes, it is true but she sacrifice her presence. It's never been easy to be an "Anak OFW". Before, whenever i arrived home, mommy always say's this lines; "Bakit ngayon ka lang?" "Ano ginawa mo sa bayan?" "Kanina pa kita tinatawagan hindi mo sinasagot phone mo, itapon mo na yan." "Nag aalala ako sa'yo, hindi ka man lang magtext!" But now, she can only talk to me through phone saying; "Kamusta ka na anak?" "Ingat kayo ni ading mo ahh?" "Aral mabuti." "I MISS YOU AT I LOVE YOU ANAK." "Para sa iniyo itong pagtratrabaho ko." Kahit na pinapagalitan nila ako, minsan hindi nila maintindihan ung side ko or explanations ko, kahit na minsan ko ng sinira tiwala nila saakin at kahit na minsan matigas ulo ko but still, they love me and they are willing to give me what i need and what i want. They only want's the best for us. So, bilang isang ANAK OFW mamahalin ko lalo ang aking mga magulang at hindi sasayangin kong ano ang hirap na kanilang dinadanas. I SALUTE ALL OFW's ALL AROUND THE WORLD. ❤

Feb 28, 2017 It was they day of our chapter 1&2 defense. We were able to defend but our chapter 1&2 is not accepted by our panels. Some parts of our thesis is not really connected and because of that we realized that we didn't really worked as a team. That's what we need to do. So like in compitions, In a team we need TEAM WORK & UNITY because that what it takes to win.

FIELD TRIP 2017 We, Iceans went to Clark, Pampangga. In Nayong Pilipino, We've seen the different tribes here in our country and these are; Ifugao, Kalinga, Maranao, and the aetas. When we arived in Clear water resort, We arranged our thing and placed it in the tent that we used, It was my first time sleeping in a tent. After that we went to our teams and I belong to the team C, lead by Ma'am jelly. We had some activities like; "Buhatin ang batcha", Pass the banana, and the.Amazing Race. In "Buhatin ang batcha" it was all played by the boys of the different teams and the Team B won because of their strategy. In the second activity which is Pass the banana the team D won because they're fast to pass the banana and the last activity was the Amazing race which is our team won, But one activty that we are excited about is the Zombee run which is EXPECTATION VS. REALITY, because of excitement and afraid to be catched we hid early. We hid almost 2hrs but the zombies didn't came so we are quiet disappointed and happy at the same time because we expected alot in that game but we are happy because their is a moments that we can laughed about. After that day we went to the 4D theater, we watched the history of Clark. That 2-day fiel trip experience is unforgettable and I could say that I enjoyed.

5 Theories that i can relate to myself

1. Behavioral Theories – External environment and on effect of conditioning and learning. I can relate it to myself because as an eldest child in the family I need to guide and teach my younger sister so that she can learn something. 2. Humanistic Theories - In the humanistic view, people are responsible for their lives and actions and have the freedom and will to change their attitudes and behavior. I can relate it because at my age I still need to prove something to succeed. 3. Traits Theories- is an approach to the study of human personality. Trait theorists are primarily interested in the measurement of traits, which can be defined as habitual patterns of behavior, thought, and emotion. To Allport there are 3 categories and these are; Cardinal, Central and Secondary. They said that all people have this kind of trait. 4. Social Learning Theories- posits that learning is a cognitive process that takes place in a social context and can occur purely through observation or direct instruction, even in the absence of motor reproduction or direct reinforcement. As a person I get attention, retention, reproduction and motivation and with those factors will know and see what my personality is. 5. Cognitive Theories- are theories of personality that emphasize cognitive processes, such as thinking and judging. Albert Bandura, a social learning theorist suggested the forces of memory and emotions worked in conjunction with environmental influences. For example; There is this situation that I must take upon oneself so I need to figure out what should I do, the solution in a situation can be suggested by other people or the solution can be given by me.

Good leaders have vision and inspire others to help them turn vision into reality. Great leaders create more leaders, not followers. Great leaders have vision, share vision, and inspire others to create their own.
