The line between reality and fantasy can be thin, too thin at times. We want to believe in heaven. We want to believe in hell. We want to believe in aliens. -If you are going to do it, do it with passion and perseverance. Make sure that is what you truly want. Envision obstacles and challenges first. Imagine yourself going through heartache and disappointment. Ready yourself for whatever the future may hold. For this, use your imagination and intuition.

-In this way, you will become stronger and you will not give up easily. And so, you will go on because of you, because you are stronger of mind now; and you will also understand that the government, and all the people, and all the events around you do not matter in your unique story. Because only you matter.

It just takes a little patience. It takes a little self-control. It takes for you to say 'no' to your impulses. It takes for you to detach yourself from obsessions and desires. Just keep working, find a way to make it interesting and fun for yourself. So, that way you can keep going without getting frustrated, tired, and without giving up.

Focus on what makes you grow as a person. Analyze goals you have. Plan necessary steps to accomplish something. What gives someone true joy is purpose. When I started writing the BENJAMIN JONES series I was looking for purpose, to feel proud of my work and share it with others.

Feeling fulfilled in life is about you--not about the persons around you, not about your country's economy, not about your government. Years ago, I realized that in my life my word is the only thing that matters--not what others think or say, and certainly not what others expect of me. So, take a good look within and go for what you want.

-And what is nature if not your true self?? You don't have to lose yourself in forests, live off the grid, travel to exotic and faraway places, or go camping to the mountains to find nature. If you look carefully, it is everywhere--when you are alone, when you are driving your car, when you are working, when you are walking through busy streets.

-You just have to assume the best mindset and perspective, then relax and notice and the little details of nature wherever you are. Excuses are the only things that keep you blind. So, learn to see.

-Remind yourself that it's not about the burdens you carry, or the anxiety you suffer, or the past disappointments and pain. But it's about the way you deal with all that now, daily, without making excuses and without making yourself the victim. Live the present fully. And work towards the future. The rest does not matter ✊

So, the way we show ourselves care, love, empathy, and commitment to our own well-being is not just by desiring it. It's by taking action and getting out of our comfort zones. You research for food that is healthy for you. You avoid buying foods that are unhealthy for you. You commit to exercise and you make it your priority.

You must put yourself first and dedicate time for these activities. Ignore commercials trying to sell you what is not healthy. Ignore what your family and friends eat. Ignore what the world shoves in front of you as bad influence, because your health and happiness is only something you create by personal/individual action.

You cannot blame, or put the responsibility on others when it comes to this. This might sound harsh to you, but as long as you keep seeking excuses, or even postponing it, you will not become truly self-aware. Self-awareness begins inside you and it is about getting rid of your stubbornness, comfort, and ignorance. Accept and live the truth.

Get rid of all your bad habits. All of them. Study your actions and see what you have to change. Do not dwell on it. Do not overthink it. Because, if you do, then excuses will take over and kill the light of intelligence dawning in your mind. And, think about it, it is not just about you; but it is about giving the best example to the ones you love. Are you still making excuses??
