fucking bloodbath

me walking up to the stand during the seven mystery’s meetings:

just little ghost things: being an ice cube / (no particular spoilers, just kind of rambling)

so, i was constantly cold to the touch. i don’t know if i was freezing, but i sure was cold. i wasn’t really aware of this, and it didn’t really affect me--like i wasn’t bothered by it, i mean. others were, though. in the rare event i passed through someone who couldn’t see me, they’d get the slightly horrifying cold chill, and rooms i was in would tend to have a drop in temperature. (obviously, this includes the toilets--rarely anyone came to them for a lot of reasons, and one of those reasons was the fact that, a good 80% of the time, it was cold as fuck in there).

in winter, yashiro would complain about how cold i was, since i was (gestures) just constantly clinging to her. i always did this, obviously, but i was extra annoying about it in winter just to mess with her. one time in particular, when i was bothering her in class, i just floated behind her and put my (very cold) hands on her face and she shrieked so loud, i thought it was funnie (i’m the worst) and yashiro was very not happy with me and ignored me for a good hour during toilet cleaning duty afterwards, even though i pouted and said i was sorry. i also said i thought her reaction was funny, and the kid just was like “hanako that’s not a very good apology” 

--but yashiro, during winter, when i would cling to her would always be like “hanako-kun! it’s too cold for this, let go! you’re COLD!” 

reminds me of the time when, maybe a couple weeks or so into us meeting, she had like... bumped shoulders with me, or touched my hand, or something, i forget what, and then she silently took my hand in hers, and said, eyes wide, with a look of realization: “hanako-kun... you’re so cold...” and there was just silence for a good 30 seconds, maybe even a minute, before i went

“yashiro... did... did you forget i’m literally a ghost...???” and she stared back, like, “don’t be mean, hanako-kun!!!” and then i started just, teasing her WAY more, and she was protesting like, but some of the other supernaturals have more normal temps and i’m like well yeah a majority of them AREN’T GHOSTS, i’m a GHOST, yashiro, 

but, um. uh. so, in winter, she’d complain about me clinging to her and say that i was too cold, but in summer...

one time she just kind of out of nowhere, like, i think it was during cleaning duty or i was playing with the mokkes and not really listening to her talk about how hot it was, i don’t know, i just wasn’t paying attention, but she just was so worn out by the heat and just..... hugged me from behind and had her chin in my shoulder and was talking about how nice it was that i was cold during the heat and i was just
