Challenge 1
So, I've started getting back into working out over the last few months, and I decided that my usual 1-3 jazzercise classes weren't enough (seeing as how I may miss a day or two a week). So I'm going to be doing a 300x30 challenge.
4 sets of 25 or 100 of each activity in one sitting (when I make it there) every day for the next 30 days.
100 squats
100 sit ups
100 push ups
Day 1: My arms hurt like a bitch. I still hate push ups.

Hello, tumblr.
It's me, your bagel. I'm trying to be healthy or something.
So, to kick off 2018, I started to transition into being vegan. It's a little over a month now that I've fully transitioned to this new diet.
