I honestly think that scavengers would eat dragon meat. Like seriously they are called scavengers and you're telling me not a single one ever considered it? One must have come across a dead dragon and went "oh wow look at all this free meat I can take back home and sell." Hell I wouldn't be surprised if there are a small group of brace scavengers that just seek out dragon war zones wait until the conflict is over and then just start scavenging around for scro metal, teeth, scales, horns, meat, bones (to even make dragon steel maybe 👀) gold, and tribe specific features. I think we should lean more into the fact that scavengers are actually scavengers so they should actually scavenge things it would make them more interesting.

I've been keeping this to myself for a while now but truly, TRULY I don't understand why people like Flame that much. He's so arrogant and just a one-dimensional, selfish, murderous asshole. There's nothing to like about him and yet I constantly see fanart after fanart and entire essays about how great he is and really he's just... Not. This also applies to a lot of other characters, namely Icicle and Scarlet; Flame just sticks out to me because of just how much straight-up glazing I've seen. At this point it just feels like they're TRYING to like a bad character to be different or edgy.

I really hope 'Changing Skies' doesn't mean another travelling Arc. I genuinely don't think the community can handle it. At the very least I can't. I'm so done with travelling.

As much as I love Bristlefrost I am really hoping the Erins don’t bring her back because then the stakes of this series continue to be nonexistent. Now that cats can physically go to StarClan and the Dark forest even if they’re still alive and dead cats can harm the living and visit the real world see; the Last Hope and the Broken Code, I wouldn’t be surprised though if cats that disappear in the water later are brought back like omg Ashfur 3 the sequel he found a way back from the water💀

i think it’d be cool if they implemented leader meetings. like, the clans gather every moon of course and the medicine cats meet every half moon. but i feel like the leaders should have an opportunity to speak to eachother somewhat regularly under a truce. like, clan relations could be so much improved yanno? and it’d be so fascinating to further explore the dynamics between the leaders as well through this.

i feel like having the leaders meet once a season to have a private meeting with just the four/five of them would be really interesting to see.

having their meeting only take place once a season makes sense to me too, it wouldn’t encourage too much friendship between leaders because the meetings would happen too infrequently but it would allow for some closeness/understanding that could be really beneficial to all clans. they could each go accompanied by one or two guards who have to stay posted a certain distance away - ensuring the leaders don’t get ambushed but still allowing for as much privacy as possible.

this would also allow for tensions to ease during their discussions - at gatherings they have to put on a certain face for the benefit of looking strong in front of the other clans, but with some privacy that might change.

i wish we would see something like this become a thing in the future!

I don't understand people who react to far fetched AUs or role reversal AUs or any kind of AUs that take characters and make them OOC with "at this point just make it an OC story".

Sometimes it's just interesting to take a character with a specific background you don't want to change, and wonder what could have happened to them if the writers took their character development in another direction (or gave them one at all in a lot of cases).

Nice Ashfur? Why not! After his trauma from Tigerclaw using his mom as a pawn in his plan, he could have a deep respect for a she-cat's independance and not get so controlling over Squirrelflight.

Evil Graystripe for some reason? Sure, his half brother's Darkstripe, he could have very well been taken under his wing young and been under Tigerclaw's influence.

Brackenfur leaving on a journey of self discovery with with Stormfur, Nightcloud and Russetfur, even though none of them have ever interacted with each other in canon or have anything in common? Why not, it's an AU after all! Have fun.

The rule of thumb of creating fan content is to have fun. And even if it's messy or far fetched or barely hangs on a thread of canon, if you enjoyed creating it with the media's characters in mind then you're all good and you shouldn't let anyone bring the mood down saying that it should be OCs because it doesn't make sense with canon. Fun doesn't always make sense!
