Doodling/ sketching really helps clear the mind, as well as bringing ideas to the forefront. Doodling might look like just scribbles on a page but speaks volumes.

You can never run out of too many sketch books as a designer. These are just a few. A designer’s sketch book is the equivalent of a journal/Diary. Always one nearby, you’ll never know what ideas you might have.

These are the types of paints I use (not the brand), I was never big on painting until I took classes. As I experimented more with paint ,a favorite arises and Gouache is my personal favourite. “If you hear a voice within you say 'you cannot paint,' then by all means paint, and that voice will be silenced”-Vincent Van Gogh

New COLLAB! New POST! The Son of Neptune is a 2011 fantasy-adventure novel written by American author Rick Riordan, based on Greek and Roman mythology. It is the second book in The Heroes of Olympus series. I’ve teamed up with TheGirl&HerBooks to not only share our love for books but to express how artist can interpret stories. A book cover once started with a sketch. Btw read the book it’s a great series as well as the movies.

In collaboration with,  @innovativegraphics we’d like to bring attention to Autism awareness, although the time has passes, we still bring recognition to this day. Autism, or autism spectrum disorder (ASD), refers to a broad range of conditions characterized by challenges with social skills, repetitive behaviors, speech and nonverbal communication. According to the Centers for Disease Control, autism affects an estimated 1 in 54 children in the United States today.

Hey guys, this is a time-lapse of what the process looks like, just a simple one. I know during this time it’s quite hard to be out due to the circumstances and we may feel as the displayed pic, but we will soon be back to normal. Be safe.

This piece was when I just started playing around with pastels. Its like chalk but fancier lol. I enjoy getting my hands dirty so the outcome was simple.

ABOUT THE ART SHED TT
The origins of the Art Shed TT came about from my love for art. For as long as I can remember I have been drawing and painting. It seemed to be 2nd nature. I started to test my skills in primary school where I drew cartoon characters, as well as creating abstract art. As secondary school came around, I took my gift more seriously developing my skill watching videos, experimenting with anime characters (I had a serious love for anime and I still do). At around form 4 I began taking art classes, which gave me a new-found respect for the craft as I began learning and creating with new mediums such as ceramics, installations, tie dye, print making, costume design, wood burning and carving. I never stop learning, art is a never-ending learning process. Now I create with which flows through my soul, and I choose to express that with the world, but also bringing awareness too south artists and local talent. This page is just apart of the journey.

Beyond the window there is light, we are trapped in darkness by our fears, pains and worries. Life is happening all around us, but we assume those around us won’t understand. But with the right practices and support we can make it through the rough days and see the light. That’s why, I chose a window scene because we hide in the darkness of our anxiety and depression. But beyond that if we just open the window through healthy practices and grounding ourselves day by day we can live. One of the practices I do are grounding practices (which are sensory exercises) which brings us back to reality, being self-aware and eventually calms us down. I urge even if you haven’t had any episodes, to research and learn these practices to support and help someone who may be in need.
