“It’s going to be okay; we have got you, always.” Natalia spoke softly, holding her sister in her arms tightly. Jojo smiled down at them. Zendaya’s gifts were illusions like their mother as well, but with great power comes big responsibility and a curse. Zendaya gently pulled away and looked into Natalia’s eyes and nodded. “I’m sorry for running away, I am ready to go back home now.” With that, Natalia stood up and pulled Zendaya to her feet, holding her hand gently. “It is going to be okay, we got each other.” Natalia smiled, wiping Zendaya’s tears and Jojo smiled at the two and added “Always.”

Tears of a Sad Girl.

As the lightning flashed again, both of Zendaya’s sisters appeared. Natalia and Jojo. Natalia, the oldest kneeled down next to Zendaya, placing the palm of her hand upon the side of her little sister's cheek. Jojo held up her hand and rain stopped falling above Zendaya as Jojo had shielded them with her powers. Natalia’s hand started to warm Zendaya up as Natalia’s ability was fire. “The voices won't stop...” She whispered softly. Zendaya was schizophrenic like her mother. Natalia smiled softly and grabbed ahold of Zendaya’s hands, rubbing them softly with her thumbs.

The Voices That Haunt.

She sits there, alone... in the middle of the dead street. The rain slides down her closed eyelids as the thunder breaks and the lightning crashes. She is crying but the rain hides her tears as she sits alone. Zendaya opened her eyes and pulled the hood of her hoodie over her head, the raindrops were cold upon her caramel skin. Pulling her knees to her chest she would hug them tightly as she cried.
