not to be dissociative on main but we have to give more support to alters with pseudomemories, cause they often hold both the host's trauma and it's rendition (e.g. alters who have memories of dying because what happened was so unbearable for the host the brain viewed it as death)
we have to support traumagenic systems who believe in past lives/multiverse/partially apply their religious beliefs to multiplicity, cause that's another way to cope.
we have to support traumagenic systems with intricate headspaces and lore, cause if their brain created all that stuff it was the only way it could survive.
we have to support traumagenic systems in recovery who have more and more happy moments being multiple, because we all know how fragile our happiness can be.
we have to support traumagenic systems who may experience multiplicity differently, systems with animal alters, violent alters, scary alters, alters who use baby speak, who have occasional mutism, alters with dysphoria, fictional and factual introjects, recovering persecutors.
we just have to support each other.

it is currently 3:49am, and i have this terrible cold, headache’s gone but the cough is here to stay, probably won’t sleep for a while but w/e
