Okay, I spent an early morning reading this wonderful blog (seriously, you really do it well), and I wanted to place an order too. It's always nice and interesting to read other people's HC's, sometimes even debate about it, and honestly you seem like a great person to talk to.

By the way, I read below that you were busy with college exams, I hope they are over now and you are free of this Hell. If unfortunately not, my condolences, but good luck.

Anyway, my request is very simple: based on my bad night, since I woke up because of a nightmare... I wanted to see Candy waking up in shock, because of a horrible nightmare, and her first reaction is to call her boyfriend to try to calm down. Oh, it could be on HSL.

𝙽𝚊𝚝𝚑𝚊𝚗𝚒𝚎𝚕 :

Nathaniel can be a light or heavy sleeper according to how tired he is

Yet, if Candy starts speaking, crying or even screaming in her sleep, that’s more than enough to wake him up with a little fright

Now, depending on how intense and how affected Candy seemed to be by said nightmare, he’d start shaking her up immediately and would probably freaks out a bit if she’s yelling in her sleep or if she can’t stop crying

If it’s not that terrible, he’ll try to gently pull her close and caress her hair, hoping that this should be enough to comfort her and allow her to sleep more peacefully

But if he doesn’t hear her and it’s Candy waking him up, give him a few second and he’ll handle the situation (I have the feeling that Nathaniel is easy to wake up in the way that his brain is functional straight up after being awoken and slay honestly, that couldn’t be me)

(or if Candy’s calling him in the middle of the night on his phone, he’ll be woken up by the ringing, which according to Nath’s personality is probably the most basic one, without offense. You know the Apple default wake up alarm ? Surely it is that one and oh boy, if there’s a top ten of the things you don’t want to hear in the middle of the night it’s totally one. I would personally rank it above the sound of a demonic entity, that how much I can’t stand it anymore)

He’ll listen to Candy rant about her nightmare (whether irl or on the phone) and would try his best to reassure

He’d avoid saying basic things like « it was just a bad dream » because yes, that’s the point, it was that bad. So instead of trying to diminish the things he’d try to be more focus on validating her like « I understand why you were so scared » (even if the nightmare was about something he’s not afraid of) or « Do you want to keep talking or you’d rather if we talk about something else ? » (And he’s ready to talk about anything you like if it can bring peace to your mind)

(If Candy’s calling him, he gets a certain feeling of pride washing over him, even if she’s waking him up in the middle of night it doesn’t matter, he feels great about being the person she thinks of when she needs to be comforted. And it makes sense since it’s who Candy is to him as well)

If it happened while she was staying over and if she can’t stop crying, doesn’t want to talk about the nightmare and no matter how many hugs and sweet words he offers her seemed to make her feel better, he’ll get up and go get a glass of water and Blanche (because every time he feels down, petting and cuddling with her makes him feel better so bring the cat, maybe it’ll work for Candy too) or if they’re on a call, he’ll FaceTime so she can see Blanche

He doesn’t mind staying up until late if she doesn’t want to go back to sleep right away even if they got to go to school the next day (he’s used to be sleep deprived anyway with the amount of all-nighter he pulls to study so don’t worry he can handle it)

𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚎𝚛 :

Honestly, Lysander sleeps like a baby most of the time, which means he is neither a heavy or light sleeper and he doesn’t get nightmares that often (or when he does, it mostly sad ones and it’s understandable since he went through some major loss in his life. He might also get nightmares where he gets hit by a car since it happened to him and there’s some trauma that went along with it)

But the fact that this happens so rarely to him can explain why he doesn’t know how to right away to comfort Candy went she going through it

No matter the nightmare, even if it doesn’t seem to be an awful one, he’ll wake her up. Just in case

He wouldn’t say much though and simple take her in his arms, planting kisses on the top of her head and try to lull her

He wants her to know that she’s safe so he rather acting on it instead of trying to find words that would probably end up sounding absurd

If he receive a call from Candy in the middle of the night, it’d wake him up but also got him confused since it’s pretty unusual for her to call him at this hour without warning

He’d freak out a little because of it

When Candy tells him about it, he’ll be more focused on why she felt so scared rather than the thing itself (if that makes sense ? It’s like, if we found the root of the problem then we can get rid of it instead of just trying to make her feel better temporarily)

If Candy and him are physically together in this situation, he’ll get up and invite her to do the same so they can improvise make hot chocolate or simply some tea

They’d have to be quiet though because chances are that Leigh is sleeping in his room

If he sees that talking about the nightmare doesn’t help, he’ll try to distract Candy by telling her about stories (probably little myths and legends from where he is from that could be comforting since Lysander is a countryside boy. Idk if that’s the case everywhere, but from where I am from, there’s plenty of little tales like that and I can totally picture our boy paying interest to them)

Or he would tell her stories about his childhood on the farm (because even though he kinda stopped having nightmares as he grew up, when he was little it was an other story)

Overall, he’s very calm and that itself is reassuring and comforting. Also he emphasises on the point that he’s glad Candy woke him up as she could never burden him and it makes him happy to be there for her as the romantic man he is

𝙰𝚛𝚖𝚒𝚗 :

The only reason Armin wouldn’t be up in the middle of the night is because Candy is staying over and he went to bed with her

Otherwise, he’s up all night playing games, watching animes or googling the most random things ever (you know these questions you ask yourself at 3AM and even though having the answer to it will not change anything to your life but you feel like you have to know ? Happens to him all the time. It makes me think, could he have ADHD ? Perhaps, but he surely got some symptoms even if he doesn’t)

Also, he’s a heavy sleeper so he might not hear Candy having a nightmare unless it’s getting loud and his reaction to it : panickkk

He’d just cluelessly shake her up because what else is he supposed to do ?

Unlike (his bestie) Nathaniel, his mind does take some time to be functional after waking up so he’s confused, Candy’s confused (and scared/shocked), everyone’s confused, it’s a mess

The brief conversation they had before Armin gets to pull himself together is absolutely chaotic because of it (like Candy is absolutely terrified and he’s just like « huh ??? What ??? WHAT IS IT ?? »)

They’d sit up in bed and he’ll listen to Candy explaining what had happened and he finally gets it (why do I feel Armin is the slow friend ? Also completely out of topic but I’ve been rewatching some Buzzfeed Unsolved episodes and am I the only one that can imagine Shane and Ryan’s dynamic as Armin and Nath’s ? Like Shane as Armin and Nath as Ryan. Ok, that was not the request but I needed to say it)

I think his first reflex would be to go grab something to eat. And since the twins’ parents seem to be the coolest, I bet their house never lacks snacks (I’m envious).

Armin raiding his parents’ kitchen at every opportunity he got is basically canon at this point

I feel like Armin’s way of comforting people is by trying to make them laugh so when Candy tells the whole with more detail he’d comment on it just to have a little giggle out of her

He might very well ask her if she wants to play a video game or watch a movie (maybe a Ghibli one because they’re the epitome of comfort and no one can argue about this. Yes, I am a big fan of Ghibli movies)

In the end, Armin is the perfect guy when it comes to lighten up the mood and even though he’s not sure about how you should comfort someone properly, he manages to do an excellent job and Candy’s nightmare feels far away now as he so easily put a smile on her face (and he does so by simply existing, what a flex)

Now if he receives a phone call from Candy and that she’s isn’t by his side, he immediately picks up because as I said, he pulls all-nighters all the time so chances are that he isn’t asleep

He’d FaceTime her right away and overall, he’d act the same way except that he can’t raid the kitchen for her on this one

𝙲𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚒𝚎𝚕 :

He’s a heavy sleeper, no questions asked. Even worse than Armin so once again, for him to be woke up by Candy having a nightmare, she got to be very loud or to wake him up herself

And if she does, she’ll scare the shit out of him because he was unprepared and he needs time to collect his thoughts when emerging from his slumber (I feel like coma would be a more appropriate word lol)

Which is why if Candy calls him after a nightmare he might not hear his phone ring (or that could also be like this guy constantly leaves his phone on « Do Not Disturb » because guess what ? Most of the time, he do not want to be disturbed by anyone or anything - even though Candy’s the exception because he’s whipped but that’s a whole other story)

But if he sees that he missed the call in the morning, be absolutely certain that he’ll feel terrible (even more when Candy tells him about why she called him because he’ll deny to death but he would have loved to play the white knight and be the shoulder she can lean on during tough times. Metaphorically in this scenario but still, he’s much more of a romantic that he likes to admit)

Yet, if by any chances he wasn’t asleep, he’ll catch the call and he’d be confused and worry at the moment he hears Candy being so upset

He’d be like « c’mon little girl, take a deep breath, it’s okay » (and since it’s late he has his tone affected by tiredness that makes his voice more deep and calm. Idk if you can picture it but I think there’s a difference in people’s voice according to what time of the day it is and I think that « night voice » exist)

Surprisingly, Castiel handles the situation really well. He’s calm and composed which is obviously the best attitude to adopt when trying to reassure someone

Whether it’s on the phone or in person, he’ll let out some sweet words, even gets a little cheesy dare I say and would tell her how much he loves her as he sees how that calms her down (don’t mention his cheesiness afterwards though because otherwise he’ll never allow himself to be so open about his feelings with you and next time you need to be comforted, GET COMFORTED ON YOUR OWN. That’s what you get if you make fun of him - but why would you when he’s being so sweet though ?)

If Candy is by his side in this scenario, he’ll shelter her in his arms, hold her tight to keep her grounded and will gently rub her skin, hoping that the repetitive movement helps her to calm down

Now if it’s not enough, he’ll ask her if she wants to get up (and that means a lot coming from him because he’s probably exhausted) and go get some water or even go on his little terrasse for a few minutes to enjoy the refreshing air of night

He might not say much since his mind isn’t the clearest at this precise moment (doesn’t know what to say) but he makes up with his touch and by carefully listening to Candy as she tells him all about the nightmare and as goes done from the adrenaline rush caused by the fear

Could bring Demon if she wants to (Animals are the best emotional support, I’ll never let go of this idea)

𝙺𝚎𝚗𝚝𝚒𝚗 :

Kentin is a light sleeper but it wasn’t always the case. It started when he arrived at the military school and his « comrades » used to pull pranks on him while he was sleeping. Therefore, he kinda has this habit of sleeping with an eye open one might say (when you think about it, it’s basically ptsd and that is tragic. But Kentin’s a tragic character in a way and that is unfortunately pretty much overlooked)

When hears Candy sobbing, talking or even screaming (if so his reflex will be kicking in and he’s now wide awake ready to fight the threat. He’s too sweet and too pure), he starts by waking her up and before asking anything, he cups her face and try to make sure she knows she awake

He wants her to know that whatever nightmare she was having, no matter how terrible, it is now over and she’s completely safe by his side

He’d dry her tears, trying to help go back to a steady breathing and only when she’s a bit calmed down, he’ll ask about what happened

I feel like Kentin is good at dealing with nightmares for the sole reason that he has them often and a lot himself. Considering what he’s been through and how much he repressed his feelings, it makes sense and honestly he deserves better

He’ll make Candy sit up and hold his hand while he listens.

He’ll try to hide his glistening eyes since he doesn’t want Candy to think she’s making him sad but he can’t help it.

We know how much he cares about her so seeing her upset is enough to make him upset as well

If Candy’s calling him instead, he was probably asleep but as soon as he heard his phone ringing, he picked up (he was awoken by the singular alarm he picked for Candy)

He’s frustrated he can’t be there with her but he also feels pride swelling in his chest. The idea of Candy counting on him to calm her down in this situation makes him feel like a big boy lol

He might FaceTime or not, depending on if she wants to see him or just hearing his voice

He doesn’t mind staying on the phone all night if it’s with Candy. Therefore she can take all her time to talk about her nightmare or anything really because he’s not bothered by it in the slightest

If they’re at his place, he’ll reveal his secret stash of cookies and will offer some to Candy (sweet boy)

There we go ! I hope it's not that bad but I've been gone for so long (much more than I expected, sorry again about that) I felt like I am rusting. Do not be surprised if you see some edits on the posts in the future (idk if I am satisfied with it or not, I got the feeling that I could do better).

Also I really went big on the personal thoughts on that one and it's probably because I am loosing my mind (because yes I started a summer job and it's in a factory. Your girl is making nuggets for basically eight hours straight and has to wake up at 4 AM in the week to do so. And each time I wonder WHO SENT ME THERE ? and the answer is me because we live in a capitalistic society and I have bills to pay now that I am a big girl.) But Live laugh love as they say 💀(who really says that though?)

Domestic Life with Rayan

N/A : This took a little while to write, sorry you had to wait dear !

Warning : NSFW under the cut

Goes to the Cosy Bear Café every morning before heading to Anteros Academy to have a little chat with Candy and enjoy a cup of coffee with her (also if she needs to and that he has the time to do so, he helps her to put the tables outside)

Sometimes, when he’s done with his classes of the day, he comes to the Café and sit in corner, sipping on a drink, while he’s preparing his next classes, grading some of his students’s essays or simply reading a book

He always order something different to drink because he wants to try everything Candy put on the menu

Grocery shopping with Rayan is so funny because he has his little list and it always begins with him following it diligently but he’ll always end up wandering around the aisles (and Candy looses him in the supermarket)

He and Candy often end up buying everything but what’s on the list lmao

Loves perfumed candles, there’s dozen in their apartment (I JUST KNOW THIS, and if Candy looses him during grocery shopping, he's probably picking up some)

He likes cleaning days and he’s very particular about the cleaning products he uses (once again he spends so much time in the supermarket choosing them)

He often puts on jazz or (modern) classical music in the background while he’s working or reading

He knows all the tea about the neighbours and he shares it with Candy (he’s very good at small talk and at connecting with people, therefore my man end up being told everything that’s going on in the building lol)

Likes doing online shopping with Candy (whether it’s for him or her)

Watching documentaries (documentaries on Ancient Greece or just historical documentaries in general and that’s just a personal intake ‘cause I love these lol) together while cuddling on the couch with Rayan combing her fingers through Candy’s hair

Actually, loves playing with Candy’s hair when they’re cuddling

Random compliments all the time (like complimenting her outfit or just tell her that she’s the most beautiful woman he met)

naps together became a habit, especially during more stressful times of the year

also sleeps in on Sundays and would probably make a brunch with Candy afterward

Rayan wearing his glasses when he reads or when he’s on his computer and Candy going feral because of this (sorry but the illustration of him for that Valentine’s Day event, LORD HAVE MERCY)

He’s often the one that organises the dates : he love trying new restaurant and I think he likes gastronomic cuisine since he finds it as tasty as it is pretty

He also likes the kind of dates that allow him and Candy to show their creative side (like the date in one of the Valentine’s Day event where they went to a workshop to make perfume, that was so sweet btw)

He likes to go out with Candy whenever they can but he also enjoys when they stay home together for some quality time

𝙽𝚂𝙵𝚆 :

When it comes to oral, he’s a giver. He’s not really the one to tease but he likes taking his sweet time doing so

He likes to receive it too though and if Candy wants to get on her knees, he has no objections

however he loves it the most when it happens in the morning (the morning wood oops) or at his office at Anteros during an unexpected visit

About that, he may or may have not fucked Candy on his desk and it may have happened more than once (I had to do this one, I MEAN GUYS)

Candy trying on his glasses for fun and him realising he has a thing for this because she look so hot with them

This is it. Beemoov, why didn't you give us something like this? What's your excuse?

I didn't even fully realize that we had a Nath playing video games illustration until this idea went through my head.

This hc happens in ep 5 where Nath comes with food but instead of Armin whooshing him away bc he had to propose to Martina, he was like "The proposal can wait" and they decided to play Mario Kart. Not that the proposal wasn't important but I pointed out in my last Armin edit how important Nath and Martina are to Armin and vice-versa. So, the proposal was ruined anyway :) but not by sexy time but fun, gaming time. 🙂👍

hello! do you have any headcanons of Castiel reaction when Candy is in danger/injured?

Castiel, Rayan & Nathaniel’s reactions to Candy being injured

N/A : It wasn’t specified in the request in which season of MCL this was supposed to happen so I chose UL (and while I was writing it, I wanted to include Rayan and Nathaniel). I hope this is okay and that you like it anon !

𝙲𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚒𝚎𝚕 :

As we know, Castiel is often very busy in UL (which was a shame because it kept us from spending quality time with him in the game for most episodes)

Therefore, he doesn’t have much time to spend with Candy (as I just said lol)

His reaction could depend on whether him and Candy are dating at this point or not but in my opinion, it wouldn’t matter much

It’s obvious that Castiel has a soft spot for Candy no matter what, right ?

When he hears about Candy being injured, his brain just stop

He’s a bit in shock as he didn’t expect this and he’d ask immediately what happened

Then he’d rush to see her, wherever she is (if she’s in the hospital for instance, you can be sure that this boy basically jumped in his car)

He’d feel awful seeing Candy in pain and he’d feel even more awful because he knows he’s often not available for her

Really he’d be mad at himself because he realises that it needed for Candy to get injured for him to clear his schedule and go see her

He’d promise her that from now on, he’d make more room for their relationship and for her in his life

Starting by cancelling everything he had planned for the next few days so he could stay by her side

At this point, he wouldn’t care much if his manager or even the members of the band are pissed at him because yes, his career is important to him but not as much as Candy is

Also, he knows that if it was him who got injured, Candy wouldn’t have hesitated twice to do so, hence it’s the least he can do

Honestly, he’d take good care of her and would absolutely do anything she asks

She needs a glass of water ? Give him two-seconds and he’s back with one. She wants to eat or get something but can’t do it herself ? My boy is already on his way

If she got injured because of a domestic accident or anything, he’d tease her a bit about how clumsy and careless she is (that would depend on the gravity of the injury of course)

If it is because she ended up getting involved in Nathaniel’s business while trying to help him, he’s mad af

He’d ask her to stop trying to help this bitch (his words not mine) and tell her to stay away from him (when I say « ask » it’s putting it mildly because the truth is that he basically forbid her to do so and he’d feel guilty about it later as he doesn’t want Candy to think he’s trying to control her. He’s just very worried and he knows that she doesn’t go half way when it comes to help a friend so he’s scared that it could go even worse)

But in the end, they both end up helping Nath somehow so that didn’t work so well, lol

However, he wouldn’t tell Candy about it but he definitely went looking for Nathaniel at some point (and it’s not a declaration of love he yelled at him, as you probably assumed)

𝚁𝚊𝚢𝚊𝚗 :

He would hear about it through Chani

Whether she came to him to justify Candy’s absence for the past classes or whether he asked her himself, that’s how he’d hear about the news

He’d try to keep his composure as Chani briefly explains him the situation and would try to act as any teacher would

But we know that him and Candy share more than your average teacher-student relationship

He’d try to wait for his classes to be over to reach out to Candy but he’ll end up cancelling them (and he’d get sermoned by Director Cullan once again but this is the least of his worries for now)

I mean understand him, this probably brought up to the surface some traumatic memories

He already lost in wife in a mall shooting, imagining something happening to Candy is unbearable to him

He doesn’t want to go through this a second time and not knowing exactly how she is has been eating him up all day

Yes because he couldn’t really ask Chani for much details since it would have been suspicious (and he didn’t know that Chani already kinda guessed about their relationship but anyway)

If she’s in the hospital, he’d go see her (but he wouldn’t know what to tell to the receptionist. Like is he supposed to introduce himself as her boyfriend or ?)

But no matter what, he’ll make his way to Candy (even if it cost him to lie and say he was her father, which made the receptionist looked at him weirdly like « you look a bit young to have a grown-ass daughter ??? » but it doesn’t matter, she let him pass whatsoever)

He’d be relieved when seeing Candy and even more knowing that she’s going to be fine

He wouldn’t want to come across as too pushy, especially since she seemed to have been through a hard time (no shit Sherlock) but he’d still ask her to tell him what happened

If it’s a domestic incident, it’d be alright, he’d take care of Candy as much as he can (let’s not forget that, officially, she’s just a student of his) and would make some arrangements for Candy to receive the classes she missed, and the ones she’s going to miss, online (he’d take care to warn the other teachers about her being incapable to attend their classes and it’d save Candy from having to spend countless email, lucky girl)

If it’s because of Nathaniel, she’d have to tell him the whole story and he’d insist for her to do so. Like if she was assaulted, he’d want her to press charges so that the police take care of it. But if she tells him that she can’t because it’d get one of her friends in trouble, he’d be like « excuse me what ? »

So she’d better tell him because he really don’t get it. How could one of her friends let her get in this situation ??

When he hears the whole story, he’d urge Candy not to get involved further and advise her to completing cut ties with Nathaniel

But he wouldn’t impose it on her because he knows he has no right (and if she tells him that she can’t give up on her friend, you can be sure that this situation is going to worry him every single day from now on)

Give this man a break pls

𝙽𝚊𝚝𝚑𝚊𝚗𝚒𝚎𝚕 :

- If it happened because of his « job » (and let’s say it is because I want the angst y’all), saying that he feels bad wouldn’t reflect even in the slightest how he actually feels

He’d be completely shocked and he probably never hated himself more than at this moment

(And we know he’s already not big on self-love lol. Ok, that’s sad, I shouldn’t laugh about that, my bad)

Bonus point if Candy got injured with him seeing it or not so far (ok let’s not do that, this would be actually way too sad omg)

But if he wasn’t there at the time, as soon as he hears about it, he’s running miles to go check on her

He’d have to make sure she’s ok or that at least, she’s going to be fine before being able to think of anything else

When he’d see her, he’d be completely silent and would be waiting for the moment where she tells him that she wants him to get tf out of her life

He’d be so ready for it happen that he can feel some tears threatening to fall down (bbg no)

Imagine his shock when Candy’s actually glad or relieved to see him (if she’s at the hospital and according to what kind of injury she has, she’d probably on painkiller so girly would be happy about anything lol. If you have ever been hospitalised, you know what I am talking about)

If you thought this would make him feel better, you’re wrong. He’d feel even worse because now he’s like « I don’t deserve her » (and he probably felt this way even before the accident/assault/whatever because we know that his self-esteem isn’t at its highest during UL, but now it’s x2)

I’d like to say that he’d stay by her side no matter what but let’s be honest : Nathaniel’s defence and coping mechanism is running away from any issue and hardship he faces (luckily he grows out of it by the end of UL)

So Amber (or Kim ?) would end up being the intermediary between Nathaniel and Candy

Because even if he’s not around, be sure that he’s constantly asking for news about her (and whether it’s Amber or Kim, they’d be tireddd because bffr Nath, just go yourself)

He’d finally go to Candy after making an arrangement with Eric to tell her that he’s going to fix everything and that he’ll become someone she deserves to be with

Afterwards, he’d keep an eye on her anytime, everywhere

(If you remember, in episode 2 of UL, if Candy refuses to let him walk her home, he follows her to make sure she’d make it safe and sound. Well, now every time he spots her in town, going back to the campus on her own , he’d do the same. He basically her hound dog)

I’d love to write some prompts with this scenario because y’all the potential for angst with this damn (there weren’t that much of it in the game somehow)

finds it cool in general because he thinks it’s bold and kinda hot

but for some reason he’s not particularly fan of the eyebrow piercing (but if Candy can pull it off, consider him impressed)

If she has a lot of piercing, he’d be like « damn girl » ‘cause he knows how painful it can be but also how much commitment (and time) it takes to take care of it

I just know that at some point in his life, Castiel wanted to do a septum (or maybe a nose ring) but he never took the step forward to do so because he’s still not 100% sure

Would totally be up to accompany Candy if she wants to get another one

(and might end up finally getting his septum lol)

I feel like a lot of people could have some stereotypes about piercings (and we’ll go back to it right after lol) but I feel like Lysander is the type of person that doesn’t have any (and it doesn’t matter what we’re talking about, he just don’t believe in prejudices, he thinks for himself and we love him for that)

He’d think it’s bold and he’d ask you about how it went

Not especially because he wants to get one (even though he might) but he’s genuinely curious about it

Honestly, he’d think it looks pretty but it’s hard to tell if it’s because of the piercings or because it’s just Candy haha

He’d probably consider offering you some piercings for your birthday or any other occasion (because he’s the kind of person that likes to offer jewellery)

if we’re speaking of the beginning of HSL, he’d probably have a bad impression of you at first because he has some stereotypes about piercings (here we go)

But it's mainly because he has been repetitively told that is was BAD

So he would think of Candy as a troublemaker or something

he can be a bit judgemental, and it’s probably related with the environment he grew up in (yes once again I am bringing how fucked up his family is but I intend to keep beefing with Francis and Adelaide through my headcanons lol) and that’s a flaw of his but we love him nonetheless right ?

But he has to admit that it looks pretty cool on you and would get used to it (also, as he gets to know Candy he realises that the stereotypes he had were so inaccurate (Francis you fucking liar)

He'd think the septum is hot and the same the lip piercing, especially if it's a ring one, is hot (expect that this one got him confused because at first he'd be like : what if I hurt her while kissing her ???)

And deep down, hanging out with Candy and then dating her changed his views on many of things, including piercings.

So he'd start to wonder how he’d look like with a piercing and he’d finally reach the mark in UL by piercing his ear (and honestly, it’s kind of a slay)

He finds it cool how you’re not scared at all though

I have the feeling that Kentin’s might be scared of needle so he can’t imagine getting a piercing himself

So it’s really the piercing part that keeps him from getting one (otherwise he might have get one, probably an eyebrow piercing)

Since he and Candy have known each other for a while, he might have been surprised the first time because wait, what ??? He didn’t expect that

But we know that when it’s about Candy, everything is cool to him

So he’d quickly be like “omg babe you’re so cool and brave (have my babies)”

Admires her for it and accompanies her each time she go get another one (but he won't get one himself, or at least not before a while, as he's still not comfortable with the idea of a needle piercing his skin)

How the HSL Boys spend their morning/day with Candy after episode 40

𝙽𝚊𝚝𝚑𝚊𝚗𝚒𝚎𝚕 :

He probably already considered the option of Candy staying the next day after spending the night

Which is why he did some groceries the day before and that there’s some sweet snacks in his kitchen

(and he didn’t buy them for himself as you could've assumed)

He’d bring her breakfast in bed

He’s a bit awkward and wouldn’t really know what to talk about because it’s the first time he finds himself in a situation like this

But the feeling would quickly fades since that he feels even closer and comfortable around Candy than before (I mean it make sense after the night they spent)

So they’d just enjoy a little breakfast together

Nothing too fancy but the vibe is chill and nice

Afterwards he’ll probably would want to take a shower

and if Candy wants to, she’s free to join (after all it saves water)

He’d probably do a little checkup on Candy while they’re showering and ask her if she feels sore or anything (and if that’s the case, he’d be happy to offer a little massage under the steaming water)

Then he’d ask whether she wants to go outside or if she wants to stay inside

If they’re staying home, they’d probably spend the afternoon in Nath’s bed while he reads her one of his favourite book

I can see them writing little notes in it while they do that and now each time Nathaniel picks up this book there’s a little reminder of this moment (so cute)

When Candy has to leave, he’ll walk her home and while they’re heading there, they’d already be planning their next date (since that they’re free of school now, Nathaniel clearly intend to use these holidays to spend even more quality time with Candy)

Honestly, there is kind of a domestic vibe here and I live for it

𝙲𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚒𝚎𝚕 :

Okay so we know that my boy was up for a second round but he’s no fool

He knows that Candy might be a little sore after the night they spent together so he was probably joking around (at least for now)

Yet he wouldn’t let her get out of the bed so soon and would hold her close, wanting to make this peaceful feeling last as much as he can

I think he’d finally allow himself to be more vulnerable (it’s about damn time) by letting Candy play with his hair and he wouldn’t bother trying to hide his loving stare or blushing face that matches his hair

He’s not the best with love confessions and all(which is why he wrote her a song instead of directly telling her about how he felt, as we already know) so he tries to show how much the moment they shared last night means to him through his attitude

At some point they’d have to get up to take Demon on his little morning walk. So they would go together

They’d probably stop by on the way back to get a little something to eat (because Castiel spend his whole day before cleaning the apartment for Candy’s visit and ended up forgetting to buy something for breakfast 🥲)

Afterwards they’d either go back to bed if Candy is still a bit tired or they’ll go shower (no matter what, that’s probably when the second round really begins)

Then, they’d spent the rest of the day hanging out in Castiel’s apartment

If it’s a sunny day, they’d go on his little terrasse enjoying the warmth and each other’s company while taking turn to throw a ball to Demon

Or if the weather isn’t that good or if they just feel like staying inside, Castiel would probably play some guitar for Candy

(she’d probably ask him to sing the song he wrote for her once again and he’d pretended to be annoyed but he’ll gladly do it)

𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚎𝚛 :

I believe he’s an early bird so he was probably the first one awake (I know that’s not how it happens in the episode but idc)

Wouldn’t get out of bed though because he doesn’t want to wake Candy (she needs to rest after all because well, the night was short)

As he feels that she’s waking up he’ll just caress her hair and kiss her forehead

Not much would be said but his caresses and kisses here and there as they’re laying next to each other speak a thousand word

He’d make Candy feel so loved and special

The kind of feeling that makes you ask yourself if you’re still dreaming (this man, I am melting)

They’d probably have to get up and get ready after a while because I assume that Leigh would like to come home at some point

I have this headcanon that Lysander, when not at school, prepares his and his brother’s lunch so when Leigh comes home for his lunch break, everything is already ready and Lysander can spend a little time with his brother since he’s often very busy (protect this man at all cost, he’s such an angel)

So he’d do that this time as well, only that he’s cooking for Candy as well

She might try to help him but as we saw in the game, she’s not really a skilled cook so he’d just end up be like « I’ll take care of it dear. Just sit back and enjoy »

For once, Lysander would probably go back to his room with Candy to eat their meal instead of eating with Leigh since he wants to spend a little more time with her

When Candy has to go, he’ll walk her home and would kiss multiple times feeling it hard to leave her lips as it’s like he already misses her presence (such a romantic boy)

Armin :

He go raid the kitchen to find some snacks (sorry for his parents who did a refill the day before but now everything’s gone)

Took the snacks that were Alexy’s too because for once he has a good excuse to do so (“it was for Candy !”)

But right after, he’d lay back in bed, preferably on Candy, and he’d love feeling her nail softly scratching his back while he’s resting on her chest

He’d probably fall back asleep that way

Nothing on earth could make Armin get out of bed before 12 AM on a weekend (also expect Candy to fell asleep with him)

Even though, they probably spend the rest of day in Armin’s (bed) room

Armin would pick up some comics and show them to Candy or they’d start to watch this anime he kept telling her about

The curtains would remain drawn because sunlight is not allowed in this room (I have to stop with this whole Armin-avoiding-the-sun thing it’s so cliché, sorry lol)

He would hardly manage to keep his hands of Candy but she wouldn’t mind (she’d actually do the same)

This could lead another fun time, who knows ? (I mean guys, he finally found a sport he enjoy doing)

He ended up ordering food for them, maybe pizza or burgers because despite all the snacks he ate, he’s still hungry (he is a bottomless pit)

Kentin :

probably woke up first (I don’t remember if it was the case in the game but I rest my case anyway)

I just know he struggled to sleep the whole night

He was processing what had happened lol

He’d be terrified to wake Candy because he thinks she look so sweet sleeping like this, in arms

But at some point his arm would feel a little numb as she’s laying on it

So she’d be woke by him trying to move and then apologising for it

He’d totally make a fancy breakfast (eggs, fruit salad, pancakes even ? that's a slay)

He knows what he’s doing since he loves breakfast and he never skips it

So he’d be so happy to share a breakfast he made with her (and he’d hope she’d be impressed lol) and he would bring it in bed for her

Cookie would need to take a walk too (we’re not forgetting the doggies here) so he’d asked Candy if she wants to come along (and of course she wants to)

So they’d get ready together, taking more time than expected because they keep interrupting each other with stolen kisses (aww)

They’d spend the whole morning enjoy the sun as well as the beginning of the holidays

Since, they’d probably agree to go eat outside, they’d take back Cookie home and then go do their little lunch date

Then they’d just wander around the city, holdings hands and window shopping (they're this kind of couple you spot in the streets)

'Simple Moments'(MCL HSL Nathaniel)

N/A : This was unfinished in my drafts since a little while so I thought I should give it another try and see where this lead

Sum. : As the school play occupies everyone's mind in Sweet Amoris, Nathaniel can't afford to let himself get distracted. Unfortunately for him, it seems to be out of his control.

TW : none, it's just cute (if you don't look at the slight angst that comes with Nathaniel's situation)

Nathaniel let out a deep sigh as he stretched on his chair.

He had been caught up in paperwork for at least a good hour but still, he wasn’t eager to go home.

The school was probably empty by now and if not, it was only about time. Only a few students were staying this late after the end of class. It was mainly the most studious ones who stayed around and despite being a part of them, Nathaniel was on his own in the Student Council Room. It was often the case but he didn't mind or at least he didn't think he did as this habit became so ingrained in his routine that he didn't bother thinking about his loneliness.

Sometimes Melody would walk in and sit besides him. She’d try to talk but there was too much to do and not much to say so the conversations would inevitably meet a dead end. When he thought back on it, he felt a bit bad for the girl. He could see that she liked him and it might have looked like he was leading her on but he wasn’t trying to.

Truth is that he had other things on his mind which were slowly drowning him.

Today, Mr Faraize had given them back their test results. Usually, Nathaniel wouldn’t have given it some second thought or wouldn’t have been worried about it but this time, he couldn’t help it. He turned pale when he saw his grade and he hoped that no one noticed it. Anyone would have found him ridiculous. It wasn’t a bad grade, it was actually pretty good. Above the class average. But certainly not above a certain person’s expectations.

No, really, he wasn’t eager to go home.

Which is why he decided that he would visit the library before leaving the school. Mr Faraize mentioned a book that might help them go through this part of the history program and that they could borrow it from the school. Deep down, he knew it wasn’t a lack of understanding that earned him this grade but he didn’t like the idea that he allowed himself to get distracted. In his defence, with the school play being set up and the commotion it created among the other students, it was becoming hard to focus on anything else.

Also, these rehearsals with Candy…

He probably should’ve focused on school work but he was too glad she asked his help to decline. And it was worth it because during that time he spent with her, it was as if his concerns were suddenly far away and these suffocating thoughts which filled his mind on a daily basis faded to the sound of her cristalline laugh. He quietly smiled as he thought back at her reaction when she received her grade too. And how her and Alexy beside her, who probably didn’t do a much better job than hers, let out a sour laugh and some snarky comments.

Had she been distracted too ? And was it by their rehearsals ? Or was it just Nathaniel hoping that, whatever relationship they had, it wasn't only one sided ? The way she smiled and looked at him when it was only the both of them... It had to mean something, right ?

He stopped this thought from flourishing in his mind, ignoring that his pulse got quicker and ignoring the knot forming in his stomach as he entered the library.

He began to pace the shelves, looking for the said book, without success. ‘It’s really my day’ he ironically thought. As he was ready to leave, empty handed, he noticed someone sitting in an isolated corner.

Candy, with the book wide open in front of her, staring at it as if trying to decipher something. Her confused look amused Nathaniel. « Is it that bad ? » he asked as he walked toward her.

« Don’t make fun of me... You'd probably be surprised to know that The Cold War isn't really my cup of tea. Mr Faraize could tell you so... » she replied, grimacing.

Nathaniel let out a soft laugh at her expression. «I think we were a lot to got it wrong on that test..." he said thinking it’d reassure her. She looked up at him with a puzzled look. He instantly regretted saying this. He did not want to complain about his grade knowing that she wouldn't find it bad at all. He knew what it’d look like and he didn’t want her to think of him like that. Like this grade-obsessed nerd everyone seemed to see him as. He hated it.

"Also, I didn’t expect to see you here so late in fact. » he added, hoping to change the topic.

« Well me neither ! But I guess that I should get used to the idea that you never leave this school » she laughed. As much as he liked her laugh, Nathaniel couldn’t help but feel saddened by her remark.

Oh, if only she knew.

« I was actually looking for this. » he said pointing at the book. « Mr Faraize talked about it so I thought I’d give it a look ».

« What a perfect student ! I’ll be honest, I don’t get everything that’s in it but given my grade, I’ll better keep digging into it » she said lightly. Visibly, she wasn’t upset about her grade. Nathaniel thought that she was lucky. She’ll probably not receive a sermon about it when she gets home. He simply nodded, ready to head out when she called him before he got to.

« I mean, if you really need it, we can share it. If you want… »

It was like his body made a decision before his mind got to react and before he knew it, he was drawing a chair next to Candy. They sat together and she placed the book in front of him, turning the pages to go back at the beginning of the chapter. He started to read it but he could feel her eyes detailing him and at this moment, he wished nothing more than to be a mind-reader.

Time was quickly passing by and neither of them seemed to actually notice it. Studying was often interrupted by some random comment on Candy's side and Nathaniel would just jokingly roll his eyes, pretending to be annoyed.

Nathaniel thought that Candy was a terrible study-buddy as she was not as serious as she should've been but he also had to admit that she was the best one he ever had.

For the simple reason that she made him smile, she made him laugh. And the most astonishing part was that she didn't even look like she was trying to. She made his heart feel lighter by simply being around and Nathaniel was delighted by this unfamiliar feeling.

He also liked how she leaned toward him as he tried to explain to her the notions she didn't really catch on on her own. He felt useful and despite him, he liked how she looked at him as if he was the smartest person in the world. It made him feel good, feel enough, and it was something he almost forgot the feeling of.

Sometimes as she was writing down his instructions, his eyes would study the lines of her face, somehow lingering on her lips. Nathaniel thought that they seemed so soft, almost like ready to be kissed. He felt bashful and slightly ashamed to think about pressing his mouth against hers every time her face and his were separated by these few inches. He could swear that he saw her "sneakily" look at him too, probably thinking that he had his attention on something else as well. Yet, he didn't remember when was the last time his attention wasn't set on Candy.

This improvised revisions session concluded by them starting to talk about the play. He listened about how excited she was with a light heart and an attentive gaze. She looked pretty like that. She always looked pretty but even more when she was talking about things that were close to her heart.

Then, the moment where it was time to leave came. The duo arrived in front of the school gates, ready to separate when Nathaniel changed his mind. "I'll walk you home".

« Oh, it’s okay, you don’t have to » she answered him, lowering her face to hide her blushing cheeks. This sight made Nathaniel smile, amused.

"I insist. It's getting dark and I’d feel better knowing that you got home safe" She looked up to him with rosy cheeks. She'd often blush when they were hanging out together (and in all honesty, sometimes he would too). For example, just moments before, when they were studying and his hand had accidentally met hers in search of the shared book. She looked at him so strangely then, right before lowering her head as she had done it at this instant. He hoped that it wasn't that he was making her feel uncomfortable but this thought was interrupted by her voice.

« Alright, let’s go then ! ».

The walk home was pleasant, both of them feeling playful as one willingly teased the other. Nathaniel managed to forget about his grade while he was laughing and for her part, Candy savoured this laughter that she guessed to be rare outside the school walls.

Arriving in front of her loft, they stopped. "Thank you for the walk home, it was really nice". She was blushing but he noticed that this time she kept her head high, looking him in the eyes. He gently smiled at her

"The pleasure is all mine. Good evening." . He only expected her to return him the greeting but she seemed hesitant. Nathaniel frowned his eyebrows, a bit confused. Before turning toward the loft's door, she quickly stepped in his direction and placed a quick kiss on his cheek whispering a shy 'good evening' and disappeared inside the building before he could find something to say.

He stayed a few seconds like this, baffled. And without realising it, a smile had made its way on his face.

He chuckled quietly and turned around heading toward his place, light headed and with a singular tingling feeling in the belly.

By the time he arrived home, he had forgotten what was waiting for him there.

Despite this, he couldn't think about anything else than how good he felt. About how good these simple moments with Candy felt.

Random headcanons about episode 26

N/A : I really liked this episode too ! I was kinda inspired (I think ?)so there'll be some headcanons about the date but also some about the picnic with Alexy & the girls (also yeah, it's refreshing to write about things I actually enjoy, it didn't happen in a while sadly, so thank you for your understanding dear <3)

So let's start with the dates with the HSL Boys :

About the date with Nathaniel, I found it funny how Candy thought it'd be a good idea to invite him on a picnic, in a park, in the middle of spring, when she knows that he's badly allergic to pollen (I just know that my boy had to make a stock of antihistamines and was suffering in silence, guess he really wanted that date)

I like to think that Nathaniel actually took the time to carefully prepare himself for the picnic. Because even if Candy didn't specified it or anything, Nath wanted to believe that it was indeed a date. It's pretty clear that Nathaniel intended to declare himself (there's a moment where he really seems about to kiss Candy) so when they got interrupted by Thomas, he tried to hide it but he was pissed (really Iris, put a leash on your brother, some people are trying to get it here)

In the case of Armin, I liked how he freaked out at the wasps' attack and it kinda make sense since at the frequency he goes outside, he probably hadn't seen a wasp since 2007 lmao

Also this little picnic date surely did him some good because there's no way this boy doesn't have a vitamin D deficiency (Okay, I might be a little hard on Armin right now, I'll stop)

Okay one thing about the date with Castiel : I wanted him to bring Demon to the picnic (maybe it could have been hard to manage with all the food around but come on, he's a good boy LET HIM OUT BEEMOOV)

I am also a dog person so I might be biased lol

But just picture it : Castiel and Candy enjoying their little lunch with them taking turn to feed Demon with little bites of food (adorable plus, Castiel would enjoy to see Candy playing with Demon)

After eating, Candy and Castiel could have take Demon for a little walk in the park and Castiel would have let Candy hold the leash as she seems really excited about it (and he would have been really happy about it. Once again, if you have a pet you know how great it feels when someone you like gets along with your pet. It's so cute to see !)

Since Demon has this bad habit to pull on the leash (as seen in episode 3 of HSL), Castiel would help out Candy by putting his hand above hers to get a hold on the leash (and also to hold her hand)

Firstly, I am convinced that Nina was hiding somewhere in the park when she saw Lysander and Candy together (Back to the time where Nina was in her Joe Goldberg era lmao)

I think Lysander was the calmest amongst the boys about the date (and luckily he was because Candy was stressed out enough for the both of them. As usual)

He might have asked Leigh advices about dates 'cause like, he's supposed to have some experience right ? (the truth is that when his brother asked him that, he was just like "well, I was just existing and then Rosa decided that I'll be her boyfriend. So just stand there and exist I guess ?" When I tell you that Kentin was ecstatic when Candy invited him on a picnic, that's an euphemism (bro was internally screaming)

Really, he probably wasn't able to stand still until the D-Day (he waited for that since basically forever so understandable)

Also, just like with Castiel, I wanted him to bring Cookie (I really like dogs, sorry)

I like to think that they reminisced together of the memories they had from before they arrived to Sweet Amoris. Kentin tends to feel insecure when talking about this period of his life. However, as they both talking he realises that there's no judgment in Candy's tone and that the moments they spent together actually means a lot to her. It would warms his heart and if it was even possible, he'd be even more fond of Candy

(I wish they talked more about it in the game because even if it gets better by the end of HSL, his route still feels a bit superficial. Like there's this idea that he had to completely transform himself and become handsome to become "interesting". I don't know if you know what I mean)

Now, about the picnic with Alexy & the girls :

Before starting, I kinda wanted to see more interactions between the characters during the picnic (but I guess that the episode would have too long then but it's okay, I'll put some here)

Kim & Capucine's conversation (might sound odd but I'll explain it)

Kim (just know that I love HSL Kim, she's such a good character) just has this protective and « I won’t take any shit » vibe (even though she’s actually a big softie as we see with her interactions with Violette and it's so cute) and everyone respects her like naturally ?

In the beginning of this episode, Capucine was insufferable. Really, this girl was trying really hard to be like Amber when she’s nothing like her (and if you take into account the fact that Amber herself is putting on a persona, you kinda get a girl trying to put one someone else’s persona thinking that it’s the way to go. Kinda sad).

(just putting it here but I liked having a character like HSL Amber in the game because she brings the drama you know ? she's also a bully but she also have some depth to her character ? I am really confused 'cause I've had some bad experiences with people like her during my school years so I am wondering : Is Amber character actually good or do I have a Stockholm's Syndrome-ish thing ???? pls help)

Let's go back to our sheep : Kim & Capucine's interaction

So I like to think that during the picnic, Kim and Capucine got to talk a little and boom, two worlds meet : Kim doesn’t really give a shit about what people think of her and oppositely, Capucine lives by that. And I think because of it, Capucine kinda have a negative image of Kim.

Until they get to talk. Kim is friendly towards her even if she acts like a bitch because I truly think that Kim is pretty good at reading and understanding people (she probably doesn’t even realise it herself but when you’re capable to bond with someone so reserved as Violette as well as getting along with Castiel AND Nathaniel at the same time, it says quite a lot about this ability she has)

I think this conversation they’d have on the park would make Capucine think that Kim is a pretty cool person even though they are quite different and what's the most striking difference is that Kim is truly authentic (it’s something that’s pretty rare these days so when you come across someone like that it can really makes you question a lot of things) and she might even realise that the persona she puts on everyday at school doesn’t suit her and that she’s actually not happy with it (which I believe, after her relationship with Samuel, is one of the realisations she had before trying to become a better and truer version of herself)

This one was a bit long but I think there's so many things to say about Kim's character lol

Now, Melody and Iris talking about the whole Nathaniel situation and Alexy coming from nowhere just to say something like "there's too many fishes in the sea to waste time on one that doesn't want be caught. Move on girlie"

Like 'ayoo, mind your own business boy ?' (that's Alexy, of course he's not going to do that. He just has this radar for drama)

It's either that or HE IS the drama

Anyway, Melody is a bit startled because "how do you know about that ???" when the really question is "how could anyone not know" with how she's so not subtle. And that's how Alexy would basically become a love coach for the afternoon (wtf)

However if Melody starts to talk about Candy being too close to Nath, oh boy, Alexy goes defensive mode and he won’t hear more of this nonsense (like girl it’s not Candy’s fault if Nathaniel likes her better, wake up)

Anyway, this conversation would be pretty random and Melody wouldn't really know what to answer because I feel like she’s a pretty reserved person and on the contrary Alexy’s quite unhinged and then, there’s Iris in the middle watching the show (honestly same girl, I’d like to witness this conversation too)

Violette (my sweet girl) would try to draw the landscape but would end up practicing drawing silhouette using her friends as models. She’d be too shy to show it but I just know she’d end up showing her sketches to Kim later and she’d blush when told how good this is (pls their relationship is so lovely, I kinda ship them)

A Peggy and Rosalya’s interaction could also be interesting : they both like to know the gossips and all but the difference between them is that Rosalya would not spread rumours the way Peggy does. So I think Rosa would try to make her understand that she sometimes goes too far which is unfortunate because well, she’s cool to hang out with but if she keeps going like that, she might end up having everyone turning their back on her.

The water fight is honestly quite fun to imagine

Despite what he says in the game, Alexy lost it (and quite significantly)

N/A : Okay so this post really took a while to write because I really struggle with it yet I tried something and I hope that you'll like it still !

𝙲𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚒𝚎𝚕 :

Castiel probably noticed that Candy wasn’t really enthusiastic about her degree but at the same time she was studying law/medicine so he thought this was normal

(I mean from personal experiences and from what I’ve observed, at university it’s almost impossible to differentiate someone who doesn’t like their degree or someone that’s simply struggling with it. At some point everyone has their little burnout and mental breakdown era and it's almost part of the routine that it become ironically comical. And I don’t even want to imagine what it’s like when you’re studying medicine or law)

So when they all finally graduate from university (except if Candy’s studying medicine, then my girl still has a long way to go) he expected her to be happy about it because now she’ll be able to do her dream job

At least he thought so but the he looks at her, she doesn't look happy at all

It’s probably when Candy is a middle of a mental breakdown or an existential crisis (or both at the same time for more FUN) that she ends up telling him that this isn’t the job she wanted to do and it’s actually quite far from being her dream

When she tells him she wants to be an author, he’s quite baffled because he really didn’t expect this

I mean he knew Candy like to write and read, but she never really talked about making it her career

He feels horrible because he wished he knew and it breaks his heart to see her so distressed

He also angry at her parents because they’re the one that put her in this situation

Afterwards he’ll try to find a solution at all cost

Castiel is a very passionate person and it shows the best when it’s about his passion. Also, I think one of Castiel biggest fears is to live a life full of regret

Therefore it really hurts him to see Candy so close to give up her dreams and he can see that it’s tormenting her

And he loves and cares about her a lot so he won’t let things get worse

Giving up won’t be an option for Castiel (he’s a lot of things but certainly not a quitter) plus, since Crowstorm’s going pretty well, he has some ressources now

He’ll encourage her to take this year abroad with him to begin with and focus on her writing

Since that he now knows that she wants to be an author and that he has some contacts, he might look up names in the book industry so he can share what he learned with Candy (and maybe give her some opportunities who knows ?) or he’ll tell her that he’d love to write what she reads if she allows him to (and that means a lot ‘cause as I said, he’s not much of a reader but for her, he can try to become a better one)

In the end, Castiel is very loyal and whatever’s her plans for the future, she can count on Castiel and is unfailing support

Firstly, the long distance relationship makes it hard to communicate

Also, when Candy comes to visit his at the farm or when he goes back in town occasionally, she seems to avoid talking about university

But one day, as graduation day was getting closer she couldn’t hold it in anymore and she ended up telling him about the situation

Lysander listened to her diligently but he was very confused the whole time

I think that if Candy’s a writer, it might have been one of the reason her and Lysander grew so close in the first place

Creative/Artistic interests really make people to connect with each other (and I think it’s beautiful) hence, I doubt that Candy and Lysander didn’t really talk about it together

Even before they started dating, Lysander probably asked her if he could read her works as he was curious and she let him

And he liked it quite a lot (maybe a bit biased by love but that’s not gonna keep him from seeing talent)

But when she started university to study law/medicine, he thought that maybe it was because she didn’t see writing as something more than a hobby

He’s can’t believe that her parents set her up like this

Yes because for him, that’s clearly sabotage. How could they dismiss their daughter’s happiness like that ?

However, Lysander can think of a few solutions already

Therefore the idea of risking it all to pursue the life they’ve kept talking and dreaming about seem less scary than the though of waking up at 50 and wonder what could have been (my biggest fear really)

So when it comes to confront their parents about it, it would be this « I do it if you do it » vibe (out of topic but Kentin and Candy’s relationship is too sweet, even if I didn’t play it, it certainly has a special place in my heart)

They would end up telling their parents about their projects but it’s nothing like asking for approval. It’s more like their explaining them what they’re going to do and take it or leave it, no matter what we’re doing it

He wouldn’t last more than five minutes in these conditions and yet that’d be enough for him to loose his game (and he probably never did such a bad game lol), making Candy pretty satisfied with herself

He started to blush instantly when he understood what she wanted to do and he probably never felt so hot in his life

He would consider stopping her but he can't say that he doesn't want this, so he'd ask her just in case "are you sure ?" and if she is, he would watch slowly getting on her knees, still in disbelief

He’d feel pretty exposed at first and wouldn't know where to look or where to put his hands. So, he'd just let his body sink into his couch, with his head leaned back and he’d look at the ceiling until she decides to start, letting her do things at her pace

When he finally feels her lips on his tip, carefully embracing him, he can’t help but gasp and shut his eyes. He’d try to completely focus on the sensations but the arousing thoughts he had before wouldn’t take long to resurface in his mind

He’d try really hard to keep his composure and would also try to keep his voice down, only letting out a few sighs however Candy’s mouth’s doing wonders, he almost forgot how to properly breathe. But at some point, he’d just be like « fuck it » and he’d gently grab Candy’s hair, guiding her to a pace that gets him off and making her taking more of him

It wouldn’t take him long to reach his climax because the fact that it is happening when he clearly thought this vision would stay a fantasy makes it hard for him to last (also would struggle to maintain eye contact because that would be the last straw for this boy)

Therefore, each time they’re getting a little steamy together, the atmosphere always feels pretty romantic and he often craves it since it’s a bit hard for them to find a moment when they can be totally on their own (because it cannot happen at home with his parents or with Candy’s and almost always around)

Somehow, his girlfriend’s parents were gone for the night to attend a little dinner party at her aunt Agatha’s place. When she invited him to come over, he certainly didn’t make her ask him twice

They’d order pizza and make themselves comfortable in Candy’s room while watching a movie they spent half an hour choosing

And they’d be cuddling together under the sheets with the laptop playing the said movie. But after a little while, Kentin could feel Candy getting a little handsy. He wouldn't mind it at all since it had been a while since they had the chance to be alone together without risking to be interrupted

So he’d start catching up on her mood and he’d let his hands caress her body while she was eagerly placing kisses on his neck

He’d feel her mouth going up and muttering against his ear that she wanted to try something new and when she told him what she meant by that, it was like he blushed like never before

The idea never crossed his mind as he was always satisfied with the simplest things when he was with her. Now though, as he was seing her almost eager to taste him, he felt like him reconsidering his whole life and he would shyly accept her offer, aroused at the thought

She’d smile at him before going under the blanket, tracing kisses here and there on her way down

Kentin would be kind of relieved that the blanket was there because he’d probably finish before she reaches him if he could actually witness such a show

He has no idea of what he’s supposed to do with his hands so he’d just grab the sheets, his knuckles turning white from the grip as he feels her mouth taking him

He’d completely forget about the movie that was keep playing and Candy would be the only thing in his mind at this moment (she always is tho)

At some point, the feeling of her tongue swirling around his dick would be too much for him to handle and he couldn’t help but to buck his hips a little, feeling that he’s getting close to come undone in her mouth

It would take him a little moment to process what just happened and to recollect his thoughts but afterwards he would lustfully kiss Candy, thinking about taking initiatives as well.

If you need to blow off some steam or rant about it, he’s your man

Let’s say you want to avoid staying at home for as much as you can, he’ll follow you around if you want him to

Would propose you to say at his place for a little while if you need to

If things are really messed up (if we’re talking about abuse here), he encourage you to take actions (just like he did with Nathaniel)

And ofc, he’ll stay by your side the whole time

He’d even accept to go take a walk if that’s what you want to do (and you know how much he hates going outside)

He’d tell his mom about it (I feel like Armin and his mom have a good relationship where he feel safe telling her what’s going on in his life so he’d go to her for advices)

She’ll tell him that you more than welcome at their place whenever you feel like it (and if one of your family member isn’t treating you well, she’d want to go kick their ass)

Unlike the other boys, he can’t tell you to come over if you need to stay away from home (his dad is a bit of a bitch in my opinion)

So you guys would just hang out in town for hours (and he’ll bring Cookie because dogs are the most comforting beings in time of crisis)

He’ll buy you some sweet things to eat while you’re both out

And then he’ll listen to you, constantly praying for the situation to not get worse

He’s very worried about you, you really important to him

He’ll randomly hug when he thinks about the situation too much or when you’re getting upset (Kentin the empath, the comeback)

If things are really getting out of hand, you might be surprise to see him at your front door, ready to deal with this shit (he doesn’t know where he found the courage to do that but the truth is that he really loves you and can’t stand the idea of you being hurt in any way)

That's such a hard topic to write about (but unfortunately it is a very common issue that's why I think the world would be a better place if parents agreed to go to therapy)

N/A: Oh man, betrayal from so-called "best friends" are the worst if you ask me. If anyone has been through this before or is currently going through that, please keep in mind that this says more about them than about you. You don't deserve this and no matter the circumstances, this is absolutely not your fault <3

𝙲𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚒𝚎𝚕:

First things first, Castiel knows pretty well how does it feel like to be betrayed by someone you loved and trusted (I mean Debrah did him really wrong as we know)

Hence, even if he's a tease most of time, when you start telling him about what your so-called best friend did to you, he'll listen diligently

He wouldn't say much while you explain the situation but anger is starting to grow inside him

Because, that would make him mad

Once your done, he would totally let out some insults ( he would also encourage you do the same as well because just let it out dear)

If you are crying, he'll probably be a bit disarmed as he's doesn't really know how to comfort people (he mostly deals with his problems on his own so looking for comfort is not something he's used to, let alone comforting someone else )

So he'll do what feels right to him which is taking you his arms while you calm down a little

If your best friend ghosted you after betraying you, he'll kinda be like "yeah they can f*ck off, you don't need this snake in your life anyway"

Honestly, even if somehow your "best friend" comes back and apologised, he'll still remember (and he'll be pissed if your forgive them because maybe you moved on but he hasn't lol)

He would totally take it personally because betrayal is a sensitive topic for him and the fact that it happened to you enrages him (bcs you don't deserve this treatment, who tf would do that ???)

If they attend school with you guys, he'll certainly throw them a death stare each time they pass by (and he knows how to look scary) but won't go talk to them or anything (even though he really wants to let them know what he thinks of them so if you give him a green light he might go and roast the shit out of them)

𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚎𝚛 :

You would tell him about the situation and he would listen without interrupting you

If you’re crying while speaking, he’ll gently whip the tears off your cheeks

When you’re done, he would take you his arms for as long as you need to

He would find the words (because when does this man doesn’t know what to say-)

He would tell you that they didn’t deserve you anyway (and he’s right) and ask if you want to do something to change your mind

Would be up to do anything as long as it makes you smile

If they ghosted you after betraying you, he’ll be mad because not only they’ve hurt like that but they won’t even face the consequences ? Tsss cowards

The following days, he’ll try to be present for you as much as possible because he can only imagine the pain and how lonely you feel

I think that one of the reason why Lysander keep such has such a small circle of friends it’s because he knows that, personally, he would hurt like hell if someone he loved and trusted betrayed him (he has a sensible heart and always give his all in any relationship therefore this is probably the worst thing that could happen to him)

𝙰𝚛𝚖𝚒𝚗 :

Okay so Armin isn’t really a man of drama or at least that’s what it looks like

However, his brother is Alexy (I think that says it all)

It means that he’s going to end up in the drama anyway so he’s kinda use to it (because as he already said it in the game Alexy’s would come to the rescue of his worst enemy so it’s not hard to imagine that Alexy already ended up trusting the wrong person and then went to Armin for comfort)

While you’re telling him about it, he would sometimes interrupt you by saying « No way ?! » or « That bitch » ‘cause yeah, even he (and he heard a lot of these stories before) did not expect your « best friend » to be such a snake

Then once you’re done telling him, he’ll do what he does when it happen with Alexy

Be the better person ? Come on, we don’t believe in such things in this household

He’ll ask you if you want to take revenge and if you do, then you guys will be setting up some machiavelous plan

But if you don’t (and according to the circumstances you might be right because snakes like these aren’t worth the trouble, let alone a detention you know), he won’t insist

He’ll probably ask you if you want to play some games to distract yourself and you’ll end gaming with Armin for hours and you’d have fun (he’s trying harder to make you laugh to cheer you up and that’s kind of sweet)

Even if you said that you didn’t want to take revenge or anything, he’ll never miss a chance to embarrass them

Be prepare for him to make up some nasty and snarky remarks just for them

Others say it’s a childish thing to do but for Armin, he sees an opportunity to give them a taste of their medicine

He didn’t expect it (in HSL he wasn’t yet in his « can’t trust anybody » phase and he was kinda new to the concept of friendship since he just got his freedom)

He’ll be pissed because Nath is loyal person so he can’t even understand how your best friend could even think of doing something like that

He’ll hug you tight, he feels so sorry for you. He would ask you if you to talk a bit more about it and if you do, he’d listen.

If you don’t well he’d find something else to do because he can’t stand to see you so upset

Would probably take you to see Blanche in hope that this would cheer you up and you would spend the entire afternoon at his place , with him by your side

Now, be the better person ? No, no. Unlike Armin, he wouldn’t straight up want to come up with a plan to put them down

He’s the Student Body President so he’s not supposed to condone this kind of behaviour

However you have to admit that his position offers some advantages

People blindly trust his word and he might use it to his (and your) advantage

He’ll go to them and be like « Oh yeah, you know that exam that counts for 80% of the final grade in this subject ? Well, I just heard that it was due for next week actually » (it’s not, it’s due in 2 days and we know that they didn’t study it since they thought they had time)

He’ll enjoy seeing their face literally crumbles during the test

After that he’ll only address to them with this passive-aggressive tone of his

He would be as upset as you are (if not more)

I feel like Kentin is really empathetic (he’ll deny it to death but he do feel things very deeply and can easily get affected by other’s emotions especially if it’s someone he loves and cares about)

If you’re crying, he might end up crying with you because this is too much for him

He’d hug before you’re even done explaining the situation because you obviously need some comfort (and so does he)

When you both calmed down, he’ll be pissed

He wants to stand up for you and if you’d like him to, he’d totally go teach them a little lesson

He’s not sure how he would manage to do that but that’s not going to stop him from trying

Headcanons : The HSL Boys + Priya Drunk

N/A: So this random but the other day I was talking about MCL with a friend and as summer approaches and plans are being planned (chaotic ones mainly) we started to wonder how the LIs would be like when drunk. So I thought I'd share my opinion on the matter.

* little disclaimer : always drink alcohol with moderation and if you don't drink, don't let others influence you (f*ck them if they make fun of you about that, they're the problem) and if you do drink though, always drink glasses of water between glasses of alcohol (you'll thank yourself the next day)

𝙲𝚊𝚜𝚝𝚒𝚎𝚕 :

Emotional drunk

Not every time though, it doesn’t happen that often but when it does ,just give him a compliment or tell him something sad and you just launched the machine

This will be likely followed by this « I love you guys » speech (he’s probably really drunk at this point so his discourse doesn’t make sense but it the least of his concerns right now)

Will never admit it or accept to talk about it the next day (might even pretend that he doesn’t remember it as if it was enough to make everyone forget about it lol)

But when he’s not emotional, he’s actually extrovert ???

Like he talks with everyone and have good laugh with them (my boy has become a social butterfly for the night)

Would accept a cigarette if someone offers him one so PLS STOP HIM (he has to protect his voice come on)

Totally up for karaoke but don’t you dare try to make him sing these commercial songs he always complains about because he certainly won’t and he’ll rant about how they suck

Bonus point : I can picture him ✨slaying✨ a Lady Gaga karaoke. Like he knows the lyrics and even some bit of the choreo (probably won’t do it though, I guess that’s where he draws the line). That would depend on who is around tho (for example if Nathaniel is around, haha no. He’ll never let this guy catch him singing Bad Romance, no matter how drunk)

If he keeps drinking, he might throw up and he’ll try to be slick about it (but everyone knows that when he left in such a hurry, it was because the end was near for him)

He has the worst hangovers. It takes him 3 whole business days to get back on his feet (he has to get over the physical consequences but also the embarrassment. Because, ew, talking about feelings and all when he’s drunk cringes him so bad lol)

𝙻𝚢𝚜𝚊𝚗𝚍𝚎𝚛 :

Philosophically confused drunk ?

Literally, anything could become matter to philosophical debates at this point and out of nowhere he’ll just start pondering existence and the meaning of life.

And he has a lot to say (which is surprising according to the fact that Lysander isn’t really talkative in general)

Can get anyone captivated because he speaks from the heart and he kinda make a point (he make people rethink their whole life so that can be a bit of a buzzkill as much as it can be fascinating. It’s 50/50)

Honestly, I struggle to imagine Lysander drunk because I don’t think there’s a lot of circumstances where he would be likely to drink a lot. Especially that I don’t think he’s really fond of strong alcohol (like vodka, rum or else) but more of a wine kinda guy.

(Which is why that if he does get drunk, he’ll get a dreadful hangover the next day because there’s nothing like a wine hangover y’all)

I feel like if he’s not pondering existence, he’ll be just listening at people (you know the people that overshare when drunk, spilling the tea without judgment or just telling their life story, I kinda love these people)

He would be a really good listener and would conclude the conversation by a inspiring quote he just made up (you can’t silence the poet in him)

If you leave him on his own for too long tho, he might get an existential crisis (like « Where is my life leading me ??? What should life be like ?? What’s after life ??? How do you know you’re living and not surviving ???) Yeah, he asks himself a lot of questions and that can be overwhelming (relatable)

If people pressuring to sing, he’ll just be annoyed so don’t. He don’t really like to sing when drunk because he knows that this won’t be his best performance

Bonus point : I believe he’s the kind of person that can get sleepy from alcohol (add to that the fact that he spends his days working hard) so he’s likely to be one of the first that want to leave the party lol

𝙰𝚛𝚖𝚒𝚗 :

If you’re going to an event or a party where Armin might get drunk, please bring a leash with you

Not but for real, he’s the runner type of drunk

Totally that friend that’ll randomly disappear in the middle of the party to do some side quests without warning ANYONE

So everyone’s start wondering : WHERE DID HE GO AGAIN ?

And he’ll come back as if nothing happened with some random items he found on the way (bonus : or some random guy he talked with and now they’re buddies ???)

I said he was a runner but it’s because he likes to be chased. He just finds it fun and it becomes sort of a escaping mission in his mind

(That’s funny because usually you can’t get him to do anything that requires physical investment lol)

If you guys finally catch him and make him stay in sight he’ll just be super friendly

He’s kind of get "happy drunk" and everything’s seems so funny

Alcohol really does cloud his judgment so he’ll get some stupid ideas that sounds to him like genius-like behaviours (it’s not, pls stay on your chair dear)

I feel like if he finds a partner in crime, it’s over, he’s out of control (and that might very well be Nathaniel but I’ll go back to it later)

Would dance (pretty badly)

He really can’t sit still for more than two minutes so it’s better if you keep an eye on him at all time (he’s basically the result of if a 9 year-old was drunk which can be as entertaining as it can get exhausting)

Would ‘strategically throw up’ (you know when some people will make themselves throw up when they feel like they’re going to be sick so that they can keep going)

𝙽𝚊𝚝𝚑𝚊𝚗𝚒𝚎𝚕 :

He doesn’t get drunk often (it is actually pretty rare as he said in UL) and he says that it’s because he doesn’t really like the taste of alcohol

However, that’s only one part of the truth, the other part is that he’s out of control when drunk

Literally, his brain seem to stop cooperating when he reaches a certain point

Will have no filter about what he says (says anything that comes to his mind and that can be problematic)

Could easily get into fights because of that but also because his patience is very thin when drunk. Not that he’ll be looking for a fight but he won’t take any shit (literally the "fuck around and find out" meme)

Would talk to people then looses patience and leave in the middle of the conversation (then the person in front of him is just like « ??? »)

He’s a flirt x10. He’s a flirt sober but when he’s drunk it’s even worst because as I said, he has no filter anymore

He just seem horny and he's not even subtle about it (if he's here with his partner, he'll want to go have a “talk” at some point and no, drink some water that's for the best)

(Which I believe that back in UL, may have caused some « problematic black-out get with », another reason why he doesn’t like to drink - self awareness king)

Now, I said that Nathaniel could very much end up being Armin’s partner in crime

I meant it. It’s just that Nathaniel when drunk just wants to have fun and has no patience, Armin on the other end, can’t stay still more than 2 minutes and just wants to mess around so that kinda of a match

Chaotic duo (the chaos is real, if you thought drunk Armin was hard to manage, you don’t want to imagine drunk Nathaniel by his side)

I can picture them doing shots together even though they hate the taste of it (but just for fun you know)

However, you have to admit that despite the chaos they cause (in the limits of the law ofc. Well, most likely hum hum), they are very entertaining

𝙺𝚎𝚗𝚝𝚒𝚗 :

Clingy drunk. Whether he’s clingy with his girlfriend or his friends, he just can’t help it

It’s not like he’s going to do the emotional speeches and all

It’s more like he’ll randomly hug them. If he’s here with his girl, he always has an arm around her or he’s holding her hand (cute)

If there’s pets where you guys are, you lost him

He’s going to spend the night playing with them (and that way he can avoid talking with the people he doesn’t know, clever)

He would also be the one that want to go on a walk in the middle of the night because why not ? It’s mostly because he wants to get some fresh air (I have the feeling that Kentin wouldn’t feel at his most comfortable in the middle of a party)

He rely on his more extroverted friends to introduce him to other people (because he’d rather don’t to do it on his own)

I think that just like Lysander, Kentin wouldn't really be the type of person to get drunk because he can hardly handle alcohol. Maybe a beer here and there but that’s it. So it got to be a very special occasion for him to get in that state

Would get sleepy from alcohol too

𝙿𝚛𝚒𝚢𝚊 :

She’s the life of the party

The kind of person that won’t let anyone stay sat for to long and then proceed to drag them to the dance floor

Also a master at making cocktails and she’ll invent a new recipe by the end of the night with the alcoholic beverages’ leftovers

(The drink could seem nasty but it’s really good ??? Like how ???)

Would get political if someone brings up the topic

Because you know my girl don’t joke about that

Really, that could lead to an endless debate about societal issues

But no matter how drunk she is, she still got that charisma and that eloquence (which I wonder how but I just can’t imagine Priya drunk slurring her words ???) so give it a few moments and she has an audience

I mean, she could also get an audience while doing karaoke or dancing ‘cause she really has this energy that captivates people

Great at comforting people who are ‘sad drunk’ or at handling those who are getting out of hand (we can think of the chaotic duo mentioned above)

She knows how to hold her liquor quite well so it’s very rare that she ends up being a mess (queen)

She sounds like so much fun to hang out with honestly

Priya <3 (we won’t talk about her arc in LL, I am still in denial and I intend to keep gaslighting myself into believing that it never happened)

N/A: Well that sound like some wholesome headcanons so there we go !

𝙸. 𝙷𝚘𝚠 𝚊𝚛𝚎 𝚑𝚒𝚜 𝚔𝚒𝚜𝚜𝚎𝚜

Delicate. Sorry but when I think of Nath in HSL that’s the word that comes to my mind (mostly because it is his first relationship where he is that emotionally invested so he doesn’t want to mess it up by rushing things. Especially with Candy that wants to keep their relationship a secret)

Therefore, I believe that he would be quite cautious when it comes to kissing Candy

However, once the relationship is no longer a secret and that he and Candy have grown comfortable with each other, it wouldn’t take long for Nathaniel to become more daring

Sometimes eager even

I mean, having to be so cautious all the time ultimately lead to some frustration settling in and it is likely that it would show at some point

He genuinely likes Candy and he feels like he can be himself around her so he’ll end letting down the walls he built around himself (just to rebuild them in UL lol 💀)

He would still keep his composure at school though. Don’t expect him to engage in make out sessions in the middle of the hallways (he’s still the Student Body President so he’d rather not getting caught indulging to such activities lol)

So he would give Candy little pecks here and then, sometimes he would kiss her forehead or the back of her hand while he’s holding it (cuteee)

But in private, I would say that this a different story

Candy and him could just be sitting here doing anything and he’ll feel an urge to kiss her. And this time he wouldn’t restrain himself and just go for it

He’d be testing the waters with a few kisses to see if she’s in the mood and if she is, he has no problem to initiate a make out session on the spot (and eventually, depending on what stage of the relationship they are in, he could let things take a more intense turn)

Nath is actually pretty good at maintaining the in-between kisses-eye-contact (and let’s be honest that would make Candy a little shy at first but that also be a major turn on because we’ve all seen Nathaniel lustful stare and it’s no joke lol)

Also, he likes to let his hands wander when kissing her. Whether it is resting his hand on her jawline, caressing her cheek during a slow and sensual kiss or grabbing her waist to bring her closer in a more eager one, he has to have his hands on her somehow

Nath’s probably a good kisser (up to you to think that he is a natural or not but in my humble opinion it would be because he is focusing on making it good so he can enjoy seeing Candy blushing at his kisses)

Okay so, kiss him on the cheek and he'll turn red instantly

He doesn’t really know how he feels about it because it’s really makes him feel like he’s cute you know ?

But he doesn’t want Candy to think of him as only cute (if you know what I mean), yet it’s enough to give butterflies because it’s just so lovely and pure despite all

Ofc he loves it when he and Candy lock lips, I mean do I really have to explain that one ?

However, if Candy’s feeling a little bold and start to gently bite his lower lip during the kiss, he’s the one flustered now (and turned on)

Also, he loves it if Candy places a quick kiss on his shoulder when holding his arm (yeah because I have this Headcanon that Nath prefers when Candy hold onto his arm rather than holding his hand and sorry but that’s just so sweet because we know that he doesn’t like his arms so having Candy holding it makes him forget that)

Bonus point : if she kisses his bare shoulder or place a kiss on his collarbone after a little fun time (and by that I mean the devil’s tango)

Kisses in the neck are also a big yes for him but no hickeys though (because once again he’s the Student Body President and he doesn’t want to explain to anyone how he got this because imagine if a teacher or worse, MRS SHERMANSKY, notice THIS)

About the kisses him the neck, be sure that he returns the favour to Candy

I said it already but you know a little kiss on the back of her hand or a gentle kiss on her forehead are a way to go (it would happen the most when they’re in public or when Candy needs some comfort I think)

Would also leave kisses on the corner of her mouth (most of the time to tease her lol)

I think I already said a lot in the first part so this part will be a bit empty since I think you guys already got a good idea of how his kisses are

𝙸𝚅. 𝚆𝚑𝚎𝚗 𝚠𝚘𝚞𝚕𝚍 𝚝𝚑𝚎𝚢 𝚔𝚒𝚜𝚜 :

In public, not that much honestly

A little kiss when they see each other or another one to say goodbye

In private though, it would be more when they both feel like it

He’s clearly touch-deprived so he loves when Candy takes the initiative and comes to him

He can be quite random with his kisses (as I think I already mentioned above) but don’t get it wrong, whether it’s a short or a longer kiss, he doesn’t always does it because he wants it to lead to something else (just sometimes he has these moments where he wants to remind Candy of how much he likes her, like a sudden burst of affection) - adorable !

That's it for this request ! I am still learning how to do proper headcanons since it's a first for me to write in this format but I am getting used to it !

He would totally sing to Candy’s belly. Whether it is a Crowstorm unreleased song or a little lullaby, he’ll do it and you can’t convince me otherwise. Perhaps at the beginning it would be at Candy’s demand and he’d act annoyed/bothered but don’t let him fool you : he loves it. At some point, he’d just do it. Like if he’s writing a new song or anything, he’d sing it to Candy’s belly (and to Candy as well ofc). Double audience for my guy now

However better not tell anyone about this or he’ll get a bit embarrassed. He likes the fact that these moments are just between him, Candy and their baby. It’s just so intimate to him so he feels like this would ruin it a little if Candy starts to tell or brag about it to other people (as if she would tho)

Not but for real, just picture him singing Hakuna Matata to Candy’s belly (PLS this is so wholesome and funny at the same time, I CAN’T)

Also I think he would be the type to randomly interact here and there with the baby like, for example, when complaining about people (‘cause we know he does that sometimes) « God, people sucks ! Not you though, mate. » Cute

After a while, when he feels completely comfortable with talking to the baby and that you’re both used to it, he’d be more emotionally open and would say things like « Can’t wait to meet you mate » or if it’s this kind of day when he doesn’t want to come off as too sentimental he’d go for something like « You’re gonna love Pancake » or « Pancake is so impatient to meet you buddy ! » (the dog is a good cover, right ?)

That said, I just know that Castiel would always refer to the baby as « mate » or « buddy » (any nicknames like that honestly) even if you guys already choose a name. Why ? Well because he believes it makes the situation less cheesy but (in my humble opinion), it just makes it even more adorable

He secretly wishes for his baby to be able to recognise his voice but pretend that it’s not that important to him (it is). As if he was trying to bond with his child even though they’re still in the womb lol. So behind this chill facade that he keeps on, if the baby moves or kicks while he’s speaking or singing, he’ll instantly get so excited (forget about being embarrassed, he’s to thrilled for that at the moment) and it would be the cutest thing ever. Ofc Candy would tease him a bit about it but bold of you to assume that this is going to stop him

He might even break his own rules and go brag about how his baby reacts to his voice.

And now he can’t wait to hear them in return.

Oh Lord ! This man, I can’t. Lysander talking to Candy’s belly would be the sweetest thing ever.

Just imagine : Lysander reciting the most heartfelt, passionate and soul-stirring poem (that ofc he wrote himself because this man has it all y’all) kneeled in front of Candy’s belly.

Honestly Candy would be tearing up at this sight (just as I am imagining it, Lysander truly is a gift) and when he notices that he would just place a kiss on Candy’s belly before kissing her forehead and take her in his arms. So freaking sweet.

Lysander’s poetic (rizz) talent isn’t just a myth. He’s the embodiment of poetry if you ask me and he certainly has a way with words.

Between him and Castiel, it’s some creative boys that we have here. How lucky

That said, be prepared for him to constantly write poems about Candy and their child. He has now two muses so his inspiration is doubled

Also, I feel like when it comes to choosing the baby’s name, he would just say the names in front of Candy’s belly and see if there’s a reaction inside. Just because he kinda wants his baby to choose their names somehow

Ofc he would sing to Candy’s belly. I mean with his angelic voice (as it was mentioned more than once in the game), how could he not ?

I think Lysander would not feel ashamed to talk to his baby (unlike most of the boys at some point). Not in the slightest. And it make sense because since when Lysander care about what people think ? The only persons that matters to him are the persons he loves and they would never make fun of him or judge him for that.

And of course, he'll be the greatest dad ever (his kids won't ever relate to Daddy issues by the Neighbourhood or Family Line by Conan Gray, that's for sure)

Ok so with Armin if you expected heartfelt speeches or sentimental words from him, you’ve come to the wrong place. We don’t do that here lol (However, out of topic, I think Alexy would do that for him though as the invested uncle and the drama-queen he is, and ofc Armin would laugh at him)

Don’t assume he doesn’t talk to the baby though. He does and does it a lot.

I don’t know why but I can picture him telling Candy to sit next to him while he plays LoL ( for example) and explaining how to play a game to her belly or tell everything about the Zelda lore (idk about you but that’s funny to me)

Candy might even get annoyed at some point but Armin will joke saying that they need to educate their child as soon as possible (little does Candy knows that Armin is only half-joking lmao)

He is totally the kind of guy that will address to Candy’s belly without explicitly showing it just to mess with Candy. Let me clarify : for example he would say something and it could be anything really and Candy would go « huh ? » and « I wasn’t talking to you, I was talking to them, duh. ». But it’s all fun and games, nothing mean obviously

Or also, when Candy curses for whatever reason, he would act so shocked « Oh my God ! Have you heard what Mom said ?! » (pls someone stop this guy)

It still cute because, Armin’s playfulness is part of his charm and more than often it makes Candy smiles so everything’s alright and the baby could hope for a cooler dad.

Over protective dad. I won’t argue with anyone about this, I just know

You know these « dad-like speeches » where they swear they’ll always be there for you and protect you with their life ? Well that’s Kentin on a daily basis

And keep in mind that for now, the baby isn’t even out of the womb yet. My guy is rea-dy to deal with it lol

It’s actually very sweet and knowing how Kentin always felt ignored or despised by his father, it is very important for him that his child knows that they’ll can count on him no matter what

He wants to be someone they can rely on and that’s why he says it often to Candy’s belly. That way he’s sure that they know (well not really but you get the point)

I don’t see him speaking with a baby voice though because he’ll feel a bit shy about it (it’s actually sad when you think of it but most guys are embarrassed about doing things like that. That’s a shame if you ask me but let’s go back to the Headcanon before I start ranting about societal issues and how Toxic masculinity ruins lives)

But when Candy is asleep, that’s another story

He’s just so happy that he and Candy get to have a family of their own after all this time

I mean, this boy has been in love with her for so long so the idea of having a little one as a result of this unconditional love ? My boy is over the moon right now so let out the baby voice

That was before he got caught by Candy one night and he became so red that it looked like he got instantly sunburned

But let’s be honest, he can’t stay embarrassed in front of his girl for long because he knows she loves him as much as he loves her. Therefore, he never shied away talking to his future child from now on.

𝙽𝚊𝚝𝚑𝚊𝚗𝚒𝚎𝚕

So, we know that Nath doesn’t want children. That’s canon. However for the sake of this request, let’s say that he reconsidered and changed his mind (probably after months and months of therapy)

I think of all the guys, Nathaniel is least to be talking to Candy’s belly and there’s multiple reasons for that : First, he would be embarrassed (yeah, again). Even if he knows he can be vulnerable in front of Candy, he would cringe at himself if was to do something like that (why do I get the feeling that Nath is so easy to cringe lol ?). The other reason would be that he’s still processing and that the baby’s arrival feels so far away yet (forgive him for that, he’s not exactly known to be in touch with his emotions)

But then, as the fateful moment approaches, all his attempts to gaslight himself into believing that everything will be perfectly fine seem to fire back at him

That’s about when he starts to get insomnia. Most nights, he would be just laying in bed, tired and ready to meet Morpheus with Candy already asleep by his side when this chest-crushing anxiety would take over him. « Will I be good enough ? Patient enough ? Caring ? Will I be enough ? ». Really these thoughts terrify him and slowly drive him crazy (add to that the sleep deprivation)

He categorically refuses to tell Candy about it because he knows she has enough to deal with (pregnancy is a trial of life, so I’ve heard) and he doesn’t want to be a burden to her (poor baby). And it’s not like he’s gonna ask life advices to his dad because this man might be one of the worst father figures you can think of and Nathaniel want to be the opposite of this man in terms of parenting. Candy can tell something is bothering him but getting this boy to talk is far from easy

So, one night when he’s laying wide awake in the middle of night, he can’t help but to stare at Candy’s belly and instinctively, puts his hand over it. A so gentle move that it could barely be felt, as if he was scared to wake the little one (and Candy as well).

Then without knowing why he wants to tell his future child that he’ll do his best so, in a whisper, he makes this promise. And then he makes another one and keeps going naturally. All whispers. He asks himself if these promises are for the child or for himself until he feels something timidly moving under his hand.

He could barely feel it. To the point he thought he imagined it. But it didn’t matter. Somehow, he felt relieved. About what ? He couldn’t be sure about this but maybe it was a sign that his baby knew that he was trying.

After that, it would become a habit. Every time he would struggle to fall asleep he would whisper to Candy’s belly, hoping that the baby hears (even if sometimes he tells himself that it’s ridiculous but who cares if it is after all ?)

He’ll never tell Candy about it or not before a while as he likes the idea that this is him and his kid’s secret and he know can’t wait to meet them because he doesn’t want to let fear keeps him from being the father they deserve
