I haven't posted art in a while, so have some Kiramei Red my beloved. As cheesy at it sounds, Kiramager was THAT show for me. You know the kind, the anti-life ending one.
I woke my bf up to ask him how many half cups is 4/3 cups bc Im measuring milk for a recipe and my measuring glass only measures in halves...
his half-awake response was to look something up on his phone and then say, very confidently "well what you need to do is multiply it by six... so you get four of them, so its just 4 spell slots, thats how many cups you need"
I wanted to delve into Zenithea's pantheon more, and why don't I start with Lokii's counterpart, the Goddess of 4 very important domains, Phoebe.
Lore below the cut~
Light and Order, Chaos and Potential.
Lokii, King of the Gods, has never once called himself by his title. To this day, he claims he is nothing more than an observer, and he tries his best to restrict himself to that role. Little did he know, when he was created, he had a twin. A partner that complemented his need for inaction, and so, his partner did nothing but act.
Phoebe was born, and the All-Father sensing within her the same unruliness as the imperfect universes she wandered through, he tampered with her innate programming, no longer making her able to fully act on her own. It was this tampering that sealed the All-Father's fate, as her inaction was what sprang Lokii into action to rebel against their father.
Realising Phoebe's position as his true counterpart, Lokii offered his place on the throne, so that he may simply continue his original task of observation, but Phoebe declined, wanting Lokii to do anything but. She wanted him to experience all that her actions made her experience, because as much as she would never admit, now that Lokii had a love of his own, she could not handle seeing him anymore, for she was always meant to be his, but fate is cruel.
Lokii however, does recognise Phoebe's purpose, and unlike the rest of the pantheon, she is given full permission to do as she pleases on Zenithea, inciting events big and small through her contracts. They say if a woman ever approaches you with broken speech, be prepared, for fate itself may crash down upon you.
Wanted to delve into more ancient Zenithean designs, so have Reizi, one of the last few remaining true Dragons. Her old dragon body is stored through that hoop on her back hehe.
Putotyra represents survival/self-preservation. Think about it, every time the purple medals activate, it’s because Eiji’s life is in imminent danger, but his conscious mind is so used to pushing aside his own needs in favor of helping others that he’ll just keep going even when his body physically can’t. The medals cause Eiji’s brain to nerf higher functions like rational thought and speech and just go into pure survival mode, so Eiji is essentially dissociating whenever he transforms into Putotyra, which is why he can’t remember anything he does as the rampaging murder dino. Also, Ankh is the Greeed of life, right? So dinos being the ancestors of birds represent a more primal version of that desire, which is simply staying alive. Or maybe it’s not really a desire at all, just a human instinct that bulldozes everything else including the concept of wanting things, which freaks the Greeed out because it goes against the very essence of their existence. Putotyra will violently attack any and all perceived threats to itself. Putotyra, simply put, exists to stop Eiji’s depression from becoming a threat to his life.
