Also, can I ask for Kujou Sara with a Kujou Sara Main!Reader? I'm talking C6, max friendship, would basically follow her around as she does her Army General stuff, triple crowned, and takes her pretty much everywhere in Teyvat? I'm sorry my bird girl's so underrated if I can't have a hangout event with her I'll have to request content for her from blogs. I don't know if maining a specific character is allowed or not because of the "altering traits" rule but if so, thank you for taking the time to read this request!

Scenario: How it is to be your favorite

Character: Kujou Sara

Being taken out on so many adventures before you appeared in Teyvat was... Certainly an interesting experience! At first she was really unsure about this being a proper way to use her time, but she couldn't help but warm up eventually.

At first, exploring foreign lands with your lead made her uncomfortable and unsure, and she definitely questioned it heavily once she realized what was happening. Seeing other Inazuman people alongside her did help with this, but overall it takes time to get comfortable.

Seeing so many diverse parts of the world helped her appreciate it more, and how to be more efficient with whatever jobs she had to do by herself, so it was a win/win for her. She also noticed how much stronger she was becoming, which was surprising!

She started to long for your attention when she made the connection to the creator myths, and couldn't help but be glad that you showed her just as much attention as she began to show you. Definitely helped her divide her attention between you and the Shogun!

Speaking about her though, sometimes Sara felt conflicted about following two divine beings by separate, but knowing you also favored Inazuma made her slightly more relaxed about this. Slightly.

When it's finally time to see you in physical shape she's far from ready, although she was eager to meet you. When you come to her however, she tries to show herself as she always is, which fails when you show her fascination. She wasn't ready.

It's going to take a while for her to be fully prepared to accept your compliments, as they were so different from what she usually experienced. Everything you do for her is so different, it takes some time to get used to! Just give her time, and start slow.

She tries to offer you her service to make up for it, but it's hard when she's still active in the Tenryou commission. She'll appreciate it if you accompany her during work instead, and try to convince her that you only need her company. It'll help a ton.

While at first she's overwhelmed by what you throw at her, she'll get used to it over time, and you can tell just how much more relaxed she is in her daily life with your presence to energize her. The others in the commission notice it as well, and they appreciate her better state!

The Shogun will also notice, and before long, she does try to know more about it. Sara does feel guilty about showing you so much attention, even though she was solely devoted to the shogun. You should help her out with speaking with Ei directly for this!

All in all, your presence in her life is such a change of pace that it takes her some getting used to, but once she does, it helps her get through life much more relaxed, stronger and better, and she can't thank you enough for it. She just wishes she had more time to show you her thankfulness!

The Shogun had no concept of what “Love” is.

It was not for a lack of want to understand it.

But more of a lack of the hardware and software.

At least… that’s what she thought until she met you.

You were one of the workers in the Tenryou Commission Headquarters.

The Raiden Shogun saw you every day.

And every day she watched you.

She didn’t know why.

At least, until she heard two of the maids chatting about a foreign thing to her.

A thing called love.

That is when everything clicked into place.

The strange feeling in her chest, the emotion of happiness when she saw you, and also…

How vindictive she felt when you talked to another.

The Raiden Shogun, somehow, some way, had fallen in love with you.

And The Raiden Shogun is a very, very possessive woman.

The sudden gifts appearing at your doorstep that all were decorated with the symbol of electro was the first sign of that.

And if she sees you wearing or using those gifts…

Well, be ready for a private audience with the Shogun.

And also, be ready to receive a very, very, very, high promotion.

A promotion to the consort of the Shogun.

So don’t worry, The Shogun will treat you well, no matter how long it will take for you to reciprocate her love.

Also, you won’t ever have to worry about anyone else trying to get close to you in a romantic way again.

As it turns out, lightning bolts are a very good pest repellent.

Besides, pests should consider themselves blessed to even look upon you, anything more than that would never be allowed by the Shogun's decree.

Imagine, if you will, Darling who pops into Teyvat with lil fluffy wings. White as the fresh fallen snow and fuzzy soft! They can’t fly with em yet of course, but perhaps the longer they’re in Teyvat, the larger the wings get? The characters arguing over who gets to help preen Darlings wings, perhaps their faves get to keep a feather or two as a token of affection? And of course, awkward flying lessons XD

I honestly have no clue how long this has been in my inbox for but i decided one day to maybe answer some old asks/requests and this was one i thought would be fun to do and omfg was i right. This was so fun to write thank you for the ask and sorry it took me a year to answer <3

*~Nurture and Grow

Venti immediately puts himself up as the best candidate for helping you get used to your wings. I mean, he has a pair himself! Obviously he'd be the best to help you! Ei argues that Kujou Sara would also be a good candidate to help you, since she also has wings because she's a tengu warrior.

Since they're the only two that seem to have wings, and Sara can't leave Inazuma, you probably end up living in Inazuma with Venti traveling with you. There, the both of them take care of your wings.

Of course, if there's anybody you prefer they'll make accommodations for you! But to make things easier, your new home will be Inazuma. If you wish to bring anybody extra other than Venti, the Shogun will allow for it since it's you.

At first, your wings are small. Smaller than Sara's. There's no way you can fly with them. But everyone finds them so cute! They're so tiny and whenever you get excited they flutter with your heart. Yae Miko definitely has a hell of a time teasing you about them but it's all light-hearted! She just loves cooing as your wings flutter excitedly whenever you see something you like!

Or whenever you get nervous your wings tense and it's very obvious. One time, Yae Miko snuck up on you while you were walking around Inazuma City. You weren't expecting her one bit, but she had stopped by to check up on Yae publishing house. And why not pay a visit to her little angel while she was in town? (Get used to people calling you Angel because it's going to happen a lot) She grabbed your shoulder from behind, giggling as you jumped and your wings tensed and straightened out.

"Miko!" You pouted as your wings turned lax.

Still, your wings fluttered as she pat your head.

You, of course, reside in Tenshukaku. The best and safest place for you to live in all of Teyvat (that you're familiar with). Especially with the Shogun (or Ei) herself staying with you as much as she can. Which means that Ei gets to be with you quite a bit! She can always find time to be with you even crafted a meticulous schedule for you and her! (Of course, if you're bad with schedules like me, she'll keep this a secret from you so you don't stress yourself over it.)

Due to this, and their devotion to you, immediately they'll notice when your wings start to grow. It's a gradual change, but as the nations come to know you for who you are your wings expand with their devotion.

"So we must become more devout for their grace to become more powerful." The Shogun mused, nodding to herself, "I shall see to it then."

"What?" You muttered, a dazed and excited smile still plastered on your lips as you admired your growing wings in the mirror (they were still too small for you to see without a mirror).

"I shall double our devotion to you." The Shogun said, her eyes determined, "Therefor your wings will grow as will your power. Kujou."

Said general immediately straightened up, tearing herself away from your growing wings, "Yes Shogun?"

"See to it that more temples and shrines are built. Make sure people pray more as well." She ordered, "We must see to it that their wings grow to their full potential."

"Yes Shogun." She bowed and scurried off.

You called out, "Be back soon please! I need help with my wings, especially if they're going to grow bigger!"

Sara paused and the ghost of a smile played at her lips, "Yes, your excellency."

Due to the undying faith of Inazuma and the other nations, your wings grew quickly. Almost too quickly for Sara and Venti to keep up with but they managed.

Most mornings, you'd wake up with your wings sore and larger than you last remembered. The first time this happened you practically ran to the Shogun (Ei). Your wings were fluttering and large enough to actually catch on the wind. In fact, they were the size of wind gliders! You were giggling as you glided down the stairs, you were shaky and you fell a few times but that was fine! It was exhilarating being airborne!

When you had found the Shogun you immediately saw the shock as you ran into her, beaming.

Ei came out of her Plane almost immediately, excitedly stroking and fawning over your growing wings.

"I'm so glad our devotion is helping, your grace!" She beamed.

Later, when Sara and Venti saw they were ecstatic. Immediately they started comparing wing sizes with you. Venti's were still bigger than yours, but your wings were bigger than Sara's smaller wings! They were still smaller than her bigger pair though, but you were catching up!

They even considered holding a festival for your growing wings to which you said was unnecessary.

"I wanna feel the wind on them though!" You said, a hopeful smile adorning your face, your eyes dazed with hopeful glee.

"Of course!" Venti had nodded, ignoring the two women in the room, "What?" He exclaimed after they had given him dirty looks, "Feeling the wind on your wings is necessary for anything or anybody with them!"

You giggled at the scene but Ei allowed for you to go out. She decided not to accompany you because she was busy, plus she'd probably just be standing off to the side doing nothing if she was to accompany you three. You were in good hands - Sara's hands, not Venti's - so she let you go off without her with ease. Mostly ease, Venti was still traveling with you. But if anyone knew anything about wings it'd be him so Ei let it be.

A week later, your wings had another growth spurt (presumably because ships from Inazuma were now docking in other nations).

You woke up to your wings fucking sore but oh my god they were so big! Before they were the size of wind gliders, and they started to slowly grow to just a bit bigger. Now, after your newest growth spurt, they were even larger! If you held your arms out, they stretched past your fingers by over a meter!

Immediately, you do what you've been wanting to do since you first came here and got your wings. You hugged everyone with your wings! Starting with the Shogun and Ei, then Sara and Venti (your wings were now larger than Sara's!). After, Yae Miko, Ayaka, Ayato, Thoma. Then Yoimiya and those in the resistance and Itto.

Everyone you hugged felt eternally blessed and practically on cloud nine being wrapped up in your arms and wings.

But, it seemed as though your mission to hug everyone with your wings would be for naught.

"Ei! Ei!" You squealed, flying down the stairs (almost literally).

Immediately, the Shogun was at your side, "Yes your..." Her voice fell flat as even the puppet with no need for human emotion paused to stare.

"Look! Look! They're so big, they're bigger than me!" You spread your wings out, wincing a bit at the pain from how sore they were.

Gently, the shogun reached out to brush her fingers over the large feathers of your wings. A breath escaped her and a large, love-struck smile split her face.

"They're beautiful, your grace." Ei said lovingly, "If you ever need somewhere to practice flying, my plane is always open to you." She gently pat your head and brought you in for a hug.

Your wings, once so small on your back, now enveloped her whole. Just as Teyvat's love for you helped your wings grow, you'd love Teyvat and help it grow.

Since requests are finally open. Could I possibly request some Yandere Genshin impact headcanons of Yae miko and Ei/Raiden shogun (Romantic to be specific) doting on the same darling.Like they’re both craving for darling’s attention and yet darling seems either couldn’t keep up or can’t choose who. Either this is rivalry or sharing or could be both.

Sure! Sorry for the long wait, I was finally able to get around to this :)

I'm stuck on the Raiden Shogun boss fight so I'm doing what I can for Ei's personality!

Some Spoilers For Inazuma

Yandere! Yae Miko + Raiden Ei with a Darling

Pairing: Romantic - Sharing

Possible Trigger Warnings: Gender-Neutral Darling, Obsession, Overprotective behavior, Jealousy, Possessive behavior, Clingy behavior, Manipulation, Feelings of isolation, Forced/Dubious relationship, Paranoia.

Honestly, this is an expected pairing.

The two are friends, both users of Electro.

They're both mysterious in their own way, too.

According to my concept for Yae Miko, Yae is Manipulative, Protective, Possessive, and Obsessive.

Funnily enough, looking at Ei's personality, she's Manipulative, Protective/Possessive, and Obsessive just like Yae, but also Controlling.

Both yanderes act like guardians towards their darling.

Ei feels she needs to be protective of you as she's an Archon, she's also lost many loved ones in her past and is scared to lose her darling.

Yae is naturally protective of her darling due to being a guardian.

These two yanderes, looking into their past with each other and personalities, would be willing to share a darling.

They would fight at first yet they both care for not only each other but you.

Honestly, you're well protected in Inazuma with both of them.

Even if you don't entirely like their advances towards you.

You would be known in Inazuma due to the close connection you have with the two.

Yae mentions you at the shrine and Ei often speaks highly of you.

If they did fight with each other is would be during the time of Ei's meditation.

The Shogun puppet has a vague understanding of your importance to Ei, making the puppet protective of you.

Yae would get the Traveler to help keep you away from the Shogun until the mess of Ei's "tantrum" is fixed.

The more I look into the two the more I think they'd share more than anything.

Sure, they'd get jealous if one has more time with you than the other...

But for the most part they have a common goal...

Protecting you.

The unfortunate part of this pairing is... you can never leave Inazuma.

The two feel Inazuma is your home, born here or not.

Ei is the most clingy towards you.

The Archon still tries to overcome her past grief yet struggles with it.

This makes her fearful of you being harmed.

She feels she must look over you... so she'll protect you using storms over the nation she protects.

Yae looks after both you and Ei.

The kitsune likes that you make the Archon happy... you also make her happy.

Ei's fears of losing you drive both of their obsessions.

Yae tries to calm her friend and her own obsession by keeping you in Inazuma like Ei.

Most of your time is either at the shrine with Yae or walking alongside Ei.

Yae is very teasing towards her darling while Ei is a bit less emotive.

Ei is not as cold as her puppet, however, she does love to give her darling affection.

Ei's affection is in smaller amounts but she gives polite kisses and caring hugs to you in private.

You are one of the Archon's greatest treasure, if not the best.

Yae is a bit more instense, opting to give surprise affection to her darling, nuzzling into your neck.

They can both get overwhelming when with you together.

Them together with you is a reminder that you can't leave with how powerful they are.

Their love is as intense and dark as the storms that surrounded Inazuma.

Both of them are powerful with their Electro powers.

Anyone who threatens them are met with the wrath of the Electro Archon.

The two are such a power couple with their darling.

They're influential in Inazuma and guards are everywhere.

Inazuma was already hard enough to escape anyways.

Your place is here, in Inazuma, with your two adoring partners...

With two powerful figures in Inazuma after you, claiming they'll love and protect you, there's no chance.

You feel isolated.

You only know this eternal region... even then they hate it when you give others more attention.

Despite this... they remind you they're all you need.

Why would you want to leave when they give you the best protection the region can offer?

not me doing this shit backwards. I just wanted to hug inazumans bc they're hot. Name one ugly Inazuman, I'll wait. I might do one for Liyue and Mondstat. Maybe a part two of Inazuma because Resistance and all the others I didn't do. Itto and his man tibbies. I just- fluff. Hugs. I just need to give my babies some affection you know?

still don't know the name of this format but the order is : Yoimiya, Kamisato Ayaka, Kujou Sara, Ei

When you had first arrived in the world of Genshin Impact, you were absolutely estatic. You immediately had in mind what characters you wanted to find and squeeze the shit out of, and now you had found one of them.

The Raiden Shogun - Ei - was having her people bow for you. You were a bit embarrased by all of the attention, but you were numb to it after Mondstat and Liyue. You ignored the masses of people bowing before you, most of them were NPCs but you soon found who you were looking for:

Yoimiya stood out like a sore thumb,

You'd recognize her design from anywhere. You ran to her and she tilted her head up curiously at the sound of your rappidly approaching footsteps. She didn't have time to even look surprised before you scooped her into your arms and squeezed the everloving shit out of her.

She laughed, confused, but returned the hug. Her face turning red from your affection.

"Your-your grace?" She choked out, a big dumb grin on her face.

You were pratically vibrating with joy, "I've wanted to hug you for so long! I knew you'd give amazing hugs!" You squeezed her impossibly tighter.

Yoimiya swore she could've died happily in that moment, there was nothing better than this. The jealous and shocked stares didn't affect either of you as the two of you finally got the chance to hug each other.

Your eyes scanned the crowd for Ayaka

When you found her gracefully kneeling for you, you couldn't help but jump in excitement. You made a beeline for her, grinning like a kid that just got candy. Nervously and carefully, you tapped her shoulder.

Ayaka's breath hitched and she tilted her head up to meet your eyes. As soon as your eyes connected, your grin doubled. You giggled childlishly and grappled her into a hug.

Ayaka's breath was lost, "W-what-?"

You giggled and her soul nearly left her body, "I've wanted to hug you for a long time Ayaka." There was so much you wanted to say, but you were in front of so many people. So, quietly, in her ear, you whispered, "I've cared for you for so long. I've wanted you for so long."

Looking back, you can see why Ayaka nearly passed out, her face redder than a tomato. Thoma sent Ayaka a wink and a thumbs up from the side, which certaintly didn't help her flustered state.

You apologized for sounding like that later, and explained what you actually meant. Ayaka thought to herself later how easy it'd be for you to kill her with a single look or whisper.

Immdiately, you ran for Kujou Sara

As a general for the almighty Shogun, she was right beside her. Sara heard your footsteps heading straight for her. Alarmed, she whipped her head up from her kneeling position and quickly caught you as you fell into her arms.

Sara was as stiff as a board, you can tell she hadn't been hugged in a long time. That broke your heart. She deserved all the hugs and to have affection and be loved.

You cupped her face in your hands, it fit impossibly well, as if you were made to give her and the rest of your beloved characters the love they never got.

"You deserve the world."

You attempted to look serious but you couldn't fight off the grin on your face from how happy you were. It stole Sara's breath. She had sworn her loyalty to the Shogun, and prioritized her above everything else. But god would she destroy the resistance ten times over to see you smile so happily at just seeing her.

"Y-your grace? What do you mean?" She stuttered, an unbecoming and unusual thing for her but how could she not stutter? When her god was pretty much on her lap and holding her face with such tenderness?

You smiled sweetly, "Can't explain it much right now, but just know it's true!"

Sara's story may have hit me a bit too hard.

You got off of her, noticing how uncomfortable she was. But you still asked to squeeze her hand.

Sara may be loyal to the Shogun, but you stole her heart so easily and it made her all too happy to call herself yours.

You went straight for Ei,

englufing her in a tight and loving hug. She stiffened immediately but god she felt so soft. She stood up, still holding you, and cleared her throat.

"Ahem, um, your grace... what is.." Her face was dusted with pink, "What is the meaning of this?"

You pulled your head back and grinned brightly, almost as though the sun had dimmed just to let you shine brighter, "I've wanted to hug you for forever!" You quieted down a bit, "I've-I..." You pursed your lips, "I... love you? You're literally amazing, take my affection." You continued to hold her, much to her shock.

Ei seemed to literally have a loading symbol above her head. Yae, though, quietly snapped her fingers in front of her face.

She mouthed, "Hug them back!"

Ei really was a useless mess, but still wrapped her arms tentatively around you, treating you like a doll. You, though, were hugging her as tight as you could. As though if you let her go, she'd be lost forever to time and space.

Eternity. You smiled, I wanna hug her for eternity.

You pulled away and held her hands with yours, "There's so much I wanna do with you! So much I've wanted to do with you for so long!" You bounced on your toes just a bit but it was enough to nearly bring Ei to her knees.

Just say the word and Ei would give the world and all it's treasures to you. Your smile, your love, your hugs, it was all perfect.

Ei, was having a system malfunction, unable to compute how much you cared for her. Surely, it couldn't rival her devotion to you... Right?

But she doesn't know how you nearly cried when you read her story. Took her under sakura trees in reminisence of her friends. Loved her like she was real. And now, she is! You can now love her in full, and show her that she's never alone.

“Ei! Ei!” You bounded over to your lover, the fact that she was away from you at all was odd but you had run off while she was distracted with Yae Miko.

She turned as you rammed into her, your arms wrapping around her. She held onto you, a smile breaking out on her face freely. Usually, the Raiden Shogun had restrictions on when she was allowed to smile, but Ei would always smile when you were near.

“What is it dear?” She asked a hand on your face, gently forcing you to look up at her, the other around your waist.

She relished in how your expression brightened with the nickname. Anything that she called you that wasn’t “your grace” seemed to be a blessing to your ears.

You let go of her, Ei was hesitant but let go of you as well, her touch lingering painfully.

“I found,” You dug around in your kimono (one she had picked out for you and had put on you) and presented her with cutely packaged animal-shaped sweets, “This!”

Ei couldn’t help but giggle. Yae Miko had left to give you two some space, though she had sent a teasing and suggestive wink towards you and Ei.

Ei gently took one of the sweets, “Thank you sweetie.” She kissed you on the cheek, grinning.

You hummed, a satisfied grin on your face as you seemed to melt into her touch.

“Come, let’s take a walk while we eat.” Ei suggested, already grabbing your hand.

You squeezed her soft hand and nodded, “Sure! Has everything been alright here in Inazuma?”

The way your two paces matched perfectly, your hands molded together, the way you bit into your food, looking at her expectantly as if you just wanted to hear her voice.

Ei’s face had heated up, she smiled at you, “Yes, everything has been fine. The shogun has taken care of everything quite well.”

“Do you stay in your plane of Euthymia the entire time I’m gone?” A concerned frown tugged down at your lips.

Ei’s heart clenched at how worried you looked, “Yes, it’s so I don’t corrode. You know how awful corrosion is.”

Uncomfortable tickles of memories prodded at your brain. Fighting it was not an option so you merely leaned your head against Ei’s shoulder, “Yes, I do. But, still, you’re throwing your responsibilities onto a puppet…” You sighed, “It’s nothing I understand, but nothing lasts forever. Not even my physical form.”

“Corrosion isn’t an issue for you, your- love.” Ei smiled, kissing your forehead gently, “You’ll merely come back when your soul wishes to venture Teyvat again. I just want to spend as much time as possible ruling Inazuma to let it prosper, and to spend as much time as possible with you, dear.”

Your breath was caught in your throat, the devotion and love shining in Ei’s eyes caused your stomach to churn with two very conflicting emotions. Love and worry.

The love was enough to distract you from the worry. You wanted to be with her for as long as possible as well. She’d take care of Inazuma and you’d take care of her. Inazuma and her would prosper and the both of you would live for as long as you both could handle. It’d be fine. You both had spoken in length about this before.

Still, you hugged her arm and buried your face into her shoulder.

Her giggle was a melody to your ears, enough to ease the whirling emotions in your stomach but not the butterflies.

The scenery of Inazuma was beautiful, but watching the ruler of the lands in them was even better. Holding her hand, hugging her arm, running your hands through her silk hair, her head in your lap, the sun shining on you both, the sakura petals falling in her’s and your hair.

Everything about Inazuma was perfect.

“I should really stay here more often,” You smiled gently down at Ei, who was looking up at you adoringly, “With you,” You ran your hand through her hair, “And the rest of Inazuma. It’s just so beautiful.”

Ei’s smile was brighter than the sun, you could’ve looked at it all day. Your insides melted with her warm expression, her delicate hands grabbing your own. You pressed a kiss to her forehead, hair, cheeks, neck, hands, and she returned them all in kind. All too happy to love you and be loved by you.

You hummed gently, eventually you ended up next to her instead of her on your lap. The sand dirtied both of your forms, tangling in your hair, but none of that mattered. The sea lapped at your bare feet as you both were caught up in each other.

Perhaps she was rubbing off on you, but you wouldn’t mind pursuing eternity together with her.

"Goddamnit, where were they located again?" You whispered to yourself, hiding behind a tree as you wracked your brain, an omni-ubiquity net held in one hand and the other tangled through your hair.

You had looked up the location before, but for the life of you, you couldn't remember where some were. Especially in Inazuma.

You'd snuck away from your acolytes overseeing you today and you'd spent the past few hours hiding from people and animals. Trying to find one small, oddly specific animal.

"Where are you, where are you?" You muttered under your breath, your eyes stuck to the floor but you were growing hasty.

You'd already spent far too much time searching for it, there was no doubt the whole of Inazuma City (you really hoped you hadn't caused a nation-wide crisis yet) was searching for you already. You just needed to hunt down one tiny animal without one person knowing.

Was there a better way you could've done this? Yeah, probably. But you just wanted this to mean a lot to her! You wanted to gift her something you knew she loved and you wanted it to be all your gift, with no help from anyone else.

Suddenly, there were footsteps to your left, soft but deliberate. You jumped a foot in the air, whipping your head around to see the legs of-

SHIT!

The one person you didn't want to see. Your eyes drifted up to see the piercing golden eyes of Kujou Sara.

"Your excellency?" She crouched down beside you, her eyes narrowed in worry, "I've found you, are you alright? You've been gone for hours, do you need to see a doctor?" She frowned.

"Uh-uhm.. n-no, I'm fine." Your face burned and you turned tongue-tied, unable to form coherent sentences.

She bowed her head, "I see..." Her eyes caught onto the omni-ubiquity net but she didn't mention it, "Are you tired? I can carry you back to Inazuma City if you'd like."

Your heart fluttered at the though, your immediate thought being Yes please! But you shook your head, "No need. You must be tired as well, I mean, you got all the way out here in less time than I did."

A faint smile graced her lips, "Thank you for your concern, your grace, but I'll be fine. I've handled much worse in during wartimes."

"Ah," You hummed.

"Well? Shall we head back?" She held her hand out to you.

"Uh-uhm, well- uh- actually, ca-can-" You couldn't meet her eyes as you tripped over your words, "I was actually- I was... I was out here to- uhm- to uh... hunt down... an animal..." You held up your omni-ubiquity net, an embarrassed blush on your cheeks.

She blinked, surprised, but hummed, "Well... what animal were you looking for, your excellency?"

"...a red-horned lizard..." You muttered, sure she'd understand what you were up to.

She didn't outwardly react, merely nodding, "Well, I hate to be the one to break the news to you, your grace, but there are only red-horned lizards on Yashiori Island, not on Narukami Island..."

"Ah." You awkwardly chuckled in hopes to hide your embarrassment, "That- that explains a lot... thank you. I'm sorry for creating such a ruckus, I just... I wanted to find it for...someone..." You nearly whispered.

She nodded, her eyes not revealing anything.

...was she dense?

Like- you love Sara to death, you'd give her the world if she asked of it... but wasn't it obvious what you were doing?

"Perhaps... I could take you to the island so you can get one?" She suggested with a tilt of her head.

"That-" You grinned brightly, "That would be amazing! Yes please!" You giggled.

Sara's heart fluttered and got stuck in her throat for a moment. She cleared it, and smiled softly at you, "May I carry you to Yashiori Island? It'd be much swifter for us to fly than to go by foot or boat."

"Fly?" You gasped, sitting up straighter, a hopeful gleam lighting up your eyes.

She chuckled, the makings of a blush dusting her cheeks, "Yes, your grace, fly." She brandished her two sets of wings, "If you'll allow me to carry you, that is."

The way her golden eyes were shining in the shadow of the tree you were hiding behind, the earnest and devoted sheen glimmering in them... it made your head spin with how beautiful she was.

You jolted back to reality when you realized she was waiting for an answer from you. You nodded, grinning with pink dusting your cheeks, "Yes... yes! That'd be amazing!"

Sara giggled, tough walls crumbling before your eyes and her soft interior showing itself.

And god was it gorgeous.

"Here," She grabbed your hands and helped you up, and then scooped you into her arms bridal style.

You yelped at the sudden, swift, and confident motion. Strong arms holding you steadily and large wings blocking the sun from hitting your eyes.

"You ready, your grace?" She softly smiled down at you.

You clasped your hands around her neck to stabilize yourself. You mutely nodded, unable to force words out of your mouth due to how flustered you were.

She shot up into the air, her wings stretched wide and carried you both into the sky. She didn't go too far up, but you kept holding onto her still, your grip tight as you stared down at the ground getting further and further away.

You gaped at her wings and the view of Inazuma, and as she started flying with you in her arms towards Yashiori island you weren't sure if the palpitations of your heart were from fear or from how flustered you were. Her firm muscles holding firmly onto you, your head resting on her shoulder, her soft hair brushing against your face, your head was spinning and not because of the fact you were flying.

The soothing wind against your face, the strong arms wrapped around you, the flapping of wings and the billowing wind, it really created the perfect atmosphere to fall asleep. If only your heart wasn't beating wildly, rattling your ribcage and knocking loudly in your brain, then you'd be able to fall asleep peacefully.

Sadly, you were in the arms of a beautiful and strong woman. Woe is you or whatever. Seriously though, she was hiding some serious muscles. You're afraid if you stay like this any longer you'll overheat.

Luckily - or unluckily - she started descending a few minutes after. Her dark wings beautiful against the blue sky, and you couldn't help but wonder how they'd feel wrapped around you. She had complained in one of her voice lines how she didn't understand how she could let the traveler closer with her large wings. Simple solution: wrap them around you.

That'd be heaven. Your eyes shone, soaking in everything as you two made it onto solid ground near the teleportation waypoint next to Nazuchi Beach.

She sighed as she folded her wings in. Her eyes met yours and she smiled, setting you down on your two feet (to your disappointment), and bowing. There was just a tiny bit of sweat on her face, but she pulled herself together.

"Would you like me to show you where the red-horned lizards are located, your grace?" She suggested, a small smile on her face.

You tilted your head curiously, "You know where they are?"

"Ah," She chuckled, "Yes, I've seen them around before." She didn't meet your eyes, and despite the slight nervousness in her chuckle, she remained steady and firm. Only a moment of weakness for her.

You hummed and grinned brightly, "Then please stop bowing, you don't need to. Please, show me the way!" You clasped her rigid hands in yours and pulled her up out of her bowing.

Once again, there was a moment of weakness, of her surprise showing through, but it didn't last. She was strong and stiff as you held her hand, urging her to lead you to their location.

She did as you bid, without question or thought, and now you were crouched in front of a red-horned lizard, omni-ubiquity net held in your dominant hand.

Sara had offered to catch it for you, but you merely shook your head.

"I want to get this for myself," You gave her a toothy grin, "Just trust me on this."

She hesitantly nodded and watched as you threw the net. You pumped your fist in the air with holler as you caught the little creature, you held it up by the net, the little thing trying to wiggle its way out.

You turned around to Kujou Sara with a wide grin.

She nodded with a gentle smile, "Good job, your grace, a nice catch."

You practically skipped over to her, and she didn't bother to think about what your lovely smile meant. Until you held out the net to her.

"Here!" You exclaimed, "For you! You've always wanted one, right? It's fine if you can't take care of it, I can handle it myself! I'll even keep it in the teapot if you need me to! You can name it and do whatever you want with it! Consider it my gift to you!" You giggled excitedly, holding the net out to her.

A bright red blush made its way across her face, the ever composed Tengu general becoming all flustered over a small little animal and the hands holding it, "Wha-what- I- ho-how did- ahem." She roughly cleared her throat, covering her mouth with her gloved hand and averting her gaze from you, "I suppose you heard what I told the Traveler during my stay in the teapot...ahem- Your grace... I give you my biggest and sincerest gratitude for this little gift. However, I've done nothing to deserve this. Our roles should be reversed, I should be giving you something... so I must respectfully decline."

Sara's heart felt pierced as your happy expression fell. A frown overtaking your face instead of your radiant smile, "That's nonsense Sara and you know it." You took her hand and forced her to hold the net, "The lizard is yours, I know you've wanted it and I- well I tried to catch one and put it in the teapot before I was transported to Teyvat... however it didn't work." You frowned and met Sara's eyes with determination, "So consider this compensation. I've wanted to do this for months, nothing can stop me. Not even you." You smiled cheekily.

Her eyes left yours to look at the lizard now held in her hands. Her heart swelled at the thoughtfulness behind your actions, how much you cared for her for so long. How devoted she was to you and now... she wanted to devote every waking moment to you.

You were more than a god now, you were a friend. Something she didn't have before you came along in the vessel of the traveler.

her grip on the net tightened, turning her knuckles white, "This may sound presumptuous of me but... may I hug you, your grace..?"

A small, nearly inaudible gasp left your lips before they stretched into a smile. You laughed heartily before enveloping yourself in her arms, squeezing her tightly.

Her heart was squeezed as well, palpitating wildly as you so easily showed her the things she's been craving for so long. It was so odd and so dizzying, and yet she wished to stay like this forever.

"Sara, do you wanna put it in the teapot? Or do you have somewhere in your home you'd like to keep him?" You questioned, tilting your head to look at her.

"Ah," Sara nearly stuttered over her words again, "If it's alright with your grace, I'd like to put it somewhere in the teapot."

"Of course!" You chirped, "I believe I set the teapot in Tenshukaku though... how will we get the little guy there without him freaking out or maybe dying?" You frowned, poking the net that Sara still held in her hands.

Sara hummed, "I suppose if I'm extra careful he won't die on the flight there. So long as you hold him tightly, your grace."

You nodded, "You got it!" You chuckled.

She smiled along with you, an almost dork-ish smile that didn't fail to immediately get your heart racing.

She handed you the lizard and scooped you up into her arms. You held onto the little guy as tightly as Sara held onto you and she shot up into the sky. Black wings unfurling from her back and blotting the sky. You settled your head on her shoulder comfortably, keeping an eye on the lizard you'd caught for her as you both made your way to Tenshukaku to put him in the teapot and take care of him. Just as she - and you - have always wanted.

...Though, you decided not to tell her you could just use the teleportation waypoints. This was much more pleasant anyways.
