She has a thresher maw wrapped around her left bicep, she got it post Akuze while in recovery

She has N7 tatooed on the right side of her chest, where it is on her armor. She and her buddies got it after graduating the N7 program. (That why she was hesitant to help James get his n7 tattoo since he didn’t “graduate” but then she said fuck it, the galaxy is ending anyway)

And finally, down her spine she has our solar system, to always remember where she came from

Why does my favorite character in this franchise have to be so goddamn hard to draw.

Anyway, doodle because I tried and failed to get my ME1 playthrough done today and didn't have much time.

Sometimes you spend 100 hours replaying a beloved character from a beloved game and end up spending another 25 or so ish hours making a character sheet so self indulgent ft. My beloved Shep who I put through the wringer the first time around in 2017 but hopefully gave an easier time on our second run.

it’s like no one gets me1 garrus and it’s so annoying to me. i love this mid-twenties spitfire who worries so much about justice and making a difference that he overlooks nuance. who’s so young and full of zeal and pent-up frustration over trying and failing to make a difference. who will go against his father’s wishes as well as simply ignore decades’ worth of turian-human conflict to do something he thinks he has to—but who will also listen to the words of a trusted mentor and truly reflect on his actions when prompted. who just cares so much and wants to know so much and wants to do so much that he comes across as abrasive at times even when he’s trying very hard to be polite. i just think he’s neat

And the thing of it is...

Ashley hates to admit it, hates to be another one of those starry eyed clingers, but Shepard really is everything they write about. Fights like she eats geth for breakfast and leads from the front and always seems to have time to listen to her subordinates and soothes the locals with quiet confidence and assurance in every word and can lay out a plan so clear and careful even a politician can't deny its worth. And then grins at her squad with murderous glee in her heart and backflips off the goddamn MAKO into hell with a cackle like an imp going home.

And they follow her. Why the hell wouldn't they?
