After trying to figure out 1 solid plot for my hockey player matthew (canada) x reader thing, i decided its also gonna include a bunch of cute short stories shoved into 1 big overarching plot. So I've come up with the main plot, but I wanna add some cute little extra chapters so that it doesnt seemed rushed and dranatic. I want it to have cute fluffy in between moments

Well lmao I don’t know about historical puritan headcanons but way back in the day, America was inhabited by lots of Puritans who wanted religious freedom from their home countries, so today he still has some roots in that
he’s still not super comfortable with the idea of sex
as in, he’ll be very awkward about the topic
not really one to actively seek out sex with anyone
he’s 19, alright? He’s still a virgin

So aph canada plays hockey, right? Thats the widely agreed upon headcanon right? Cuz holy SHIT I'm at a hockey game and TWICE in the span of 5 minutes i saw two guys throw their sticks down, take off their gloves and fucking throw hands on the ice. Like one dude just beat the other to the ground while people cheered like its a gladiator tournament in acient rome wtf even is hockey?????
