Queenie laughed. She never would have thought she’d live to see the day her sister was more excited about dress shopping than she was. But Queenie didn’t care so much about the dress as she did about being home. Once she would have. And perhaps she would when they were looking, but that was the least of her concerns. “I love you, Teenie,” she said, squeezing her sister’s hand back.
Tina smiled at her. She was overjoyed that she could be with her sister again. She was just thankful that she was alive. She was with her and she could just be with her sister. “I love you too Queenie. You are the most important person in my life, and I’m so sorry I pushed you away.”
Queenie paused outside the apartment she once called home with her sister, hand hovering over the wooden door as she contemplated knocking. Newt and Jacob had offered to accompany her, but she'd insisted on going alone. With a deep breath, she finally knocked on the door, waiting.

Tina heard the knock from where she had been sitting going through some paperwork for MACUSA. She recognised the knock and felt her heart beating in her chest harder and harder. She came over and opened the door, seeing Queenie. She immediately enveloped her sister in a tight hug.
“I missed you.”

“How about a dance?” Yusuf suddenly spoke up, though quietly and offered his hand to Bunty. Obviously being way more aware of Newt and Tina being pretty much hung up on one another. Bunty by the looks of it did not take the hint.
Newt gave them a glance, but he was rather happy naturally because it left him alone with Tina.
“I hope it doesn’t go so far between next time we see each other.”
Tina smiled at him and nodded. She was in a way glad that Yusuf had asked Bunty for a dance. She could be alone with Newt that way. And she wanted to be just her and him.
“I hope not either. I like spending time with you Newt.”

Not intending to be rude though, Newt couldn’t help but let his eyes wander to Tina next to him. It felt almost surreal that she was there with them again after running around after Grindelwald without her.
Tina smiled at him fondly and held his hand. She was completely enamoured with Newt. He was the most special person in existence for her and she would never go back on her word with that.
