you're hanging out with someone, both of u are working on a uni project together.
they ask if they can order some food to your house, since they didn't have dinner yet - you say sure
they do something on their phone, and then u two keep working.
About an hour later, there's a knock on the door, the pred opens it, and lets the person in. They don't have any food? Who is this
Your guy then proceeds to swallow this person whole, right at the front door of your house, right in front of you, you watch the whole thing, confused and horrified.
The skin of their throat stretches grotesquely to fit an entire person's head inside it. the rest of the body follows. you can't imagine how an entire person's body can fit within another person's body, but you watch it happen.
The pred proceeds to sit back down and gets back to work, not acknowledging what they did.
You don't really know what to do, but you sit back down across from them, and try to do your work as well, while the prey in their stomach squirms sickeningly under their skin
the pred seems more at ease, but you are not. Over time, their stomach gets more grumbly, as you witness the early stages of them digesting someone alive. your team mate rubs their stomach now and then, but mostly they are focused on the task at hand. Somehow they are able to work like the human in their stomach isn't even there.
you aren't able to focus as well as they can, but they kindly do not mention it

Just had a thought of someone laying on top of a pred that just had a big meal. While the prey is digesting, their belly gets softer and softer as the growling and grumbling of their guts becomes more soothing. Imagine. I don’t know if I want to be the guy on top of the pred or the pred.

You never expected to see your partner like this. You both always assumed they were prey, just like you. Someone whose never eaten anybody, never wanted to. But as you enter the living room of your shared home, that changes.
You notice them sprawled on the floor, laying on a waterbed of a belly, growling in knowing fashion that they had just eaten something - or rather, someone. The seal was broken. It wasn't common, but werewolf-like cycles of prey going pred mode weren't unheard of. You had to assume this was one of those not unheard of phenomenons.
Your partner looks over to you, a sheepish grin on their face. "I-I don't know what came over me, really...I was just so hungry and, and...mm..."
They licked their chops, rubbing their stomach as they started looking you up and down.
"I'm still a little...hungry..."

I'm such a freak for accidental vore but especially that really specific kind where say a person is teasing a tiny in their mouth then accidentally swallows.
The pred is freaking out nearly as much as the prey is, they've never done this before they didn't mean to swallow, they've never forced themselves to throw something up before either let alone a whole wriggly body. Pacing around in their bathroom with a hand on their fluttering stomach trying to think of any possible way to get the prey out before it's too late.
