Hey, I'm not sure if you've already replied to something like this, but I rp as Sam evans, and I figure he's a huge video game and comic book nerd, but I have no experience what so ever with either of those. So could you possibly compile a list of games and or comics that you think Sam might like?
Hey there! Not a problem at all (and very flattered you’d ask me, hee). I love my nerdy and geek things and draw from a lot of that. So in my opinion this is just a quick summary of things Sam would like comic book and games wise.
Comic Books
Here’s a list of series I think he’d be really interested in keeping up with.
New Mutants
The Amazing Spider-Man
Batman Incorporated
Captain America
Hulk
Action Comics
Superman
Guardians of The Galaxy
Buffy The Vampire Slayer
Smallville
The Walking Dead
I think he’d get a few of them - but not many - on the digital store at Marvel. Not many because I see him as more of a comic book purest who likes to actually hold it in his hands and read it. That ‘new comic book smell’ is something I see him loving.
In general I think he’d also be basically reading everything relating to an Avenger right now with Marvel in order to keep up with the stories that are effectively going to end all of the current universes at some point.
Games
Sam has an XBOX and plays XBOX Online a lot. Games I see him loving/series he enjoys are;
Classic Gameboy games like Pokemon.
Tomb Raider series (except for The Angel of Darkness because yes it looked better than the ones before, but hot buggy it was drove him insane.)
The Last of Us
Grand Theft Auto - Especially the most recent, which is amazing.
Assassin’s Creed (Though he pretends the third one doesn’t exist because it’s terrible)
The Walking Dead. He’d not be ashamed to say that game makes him cry sometimes.
Batman: Arkham.
South Park: The Stick of Truth. (Finally a South Park game worth playing).
Far Cry 4. He didn’t expect to like it after the terrible endings to 2 and 3 but gave it a try and loved it.
Sometimes when he’s had a bad day he likes games like Need For Speed because it’s mindless, entertaining fun.
Mass Effect
Wolfenstein: The New Order. Again he didn’t like the first one much but this game blew his mind.
The Legend of Zelda. A total classic.
Halo.
Call of Duty - He’s not so in to the new one ‘cause it takes away the whole ‘call of duty’ feel. But Modern Warfare 4 is the game he holds closest to his heart.

The woman who has not been in the twins’ life for multiple years now suddenly wants full custody because her (legally gray area ex spouse)‘s fiancée went to Vegas for her bachelorette party and had a lap dance from a stripper? As is a very common cliche Vegas bachelorette activity? The same fiancée who previously helped raise the twins and was there when Addison wasn’t?
Yeah, the judge will definitely clutch their pearls at that one. How dare MC go to Vegas for a lap dance? Oh no, what a monster! 🙄

You should not have to be told that selling something you did not create is wrong.
Every single week it comes back around and I’m bloody sick of it. I literally could not care less what effort it took to rip/convert/re-mesh it, if it is NOT YOUR INITIAL CREATION, IT DOESN’T BELONG TO YOU.
Yes, that includes ripping assets from other games. It includes 3D models for sale elsewhere. It includes conversions from other Sims games. These things are not yours and you do not get to charge a dime. Stop being greedy.

white people's insistence that it's "just hair" reminds me of how whenever something isn't culturally important to them, it doesn't make sense for it to be culturally important to anyone else--in this case, Natives and especially Black people.
remember that white women have been wearing their hair short for a century now--yes, it's not buzz cuts and fades, but the bobs and shoulder length and especially pixie cuts have been in fashion for literal decades. I cannot wear my hair short without getting misgendered.
white women can play with their hair without the same repercussions that Black women have to face--wild textures and colors and patterns that are more an "aesthetic" than a specific statement. Black women wearing particular hairstyles have to take into account how we'll be perceived in professional and social environment, as well as our own society (I'm not going to get into the discourse surrounding literally anything a Black woman could possibly do with her hair).
white women mat and ruin their hair for the #aesthetic. white women ruin their scalps for the #aesthetic primarily (as I see it) because in recent times especially, hair's just not significant to them the way that it is for me, a Black person. "it'll grow back" "its just hair. its just hair. its just hair"
