Genuinely I think at least 80% of fandom toxicity would vanish overnight if people stopped seeing shipping as the primary way of engaging with media.
I would also personally have more fun and that is the real issue here.

I also like the idea of Bakugo having a lil crush on Kirishima’s secretary. He’s somewhat formal with his own staff, so seeing how sweet you are to Kiri when you pat his shoulder when you drop off papers, or he to you when coffee is ordered just gets him so… flustered and itchy under the collar. Not knowing how to feel.
Bakugo doesn’t even realize it’s jealousy at first, and especially not when he has an interview planned with Kiri, and you’re there too, being just as kind to him as you are to your own boss.

To the people holding Starbucks cups and giving me guilty eyes, I hope you can’t sleep at night. You spineless losers know exactly what you’re doing.
I’m so tired of people acting like they didn’t know any better. Like, the Palestinian genocide has been headlining the news for the past 5 months how can you not have known?

I’m really interested to see how the permit-based economy is going to work out throughout the new hermitcraft season. It seems like a really interesting way to do shops, especially with the interaction between “every shop is by definition a monopoly” and “anyone can make their own farm if they don’t like the prices, because minecraft.” Considering that irl we’re experiencing the effects of monopolies in real time, it’ll be v v cool to see how they play out in a minecraft world, where the economy works on very different principles (such as people making their own farms, collecting their own resources, or mining their own diamonds)
It’s even more cool because we’ve already seen people making farms they’ve never done before because of this, and then we also have people like Tango and Cub who are using this as an excuse to go absolutely hog wild on something they’re already super interested in (e.g. Tango’s redstone factory and Cub’s fireworks)
It seems like the hermits are all respecting the permit rules for now, which is gonna foster some really cool server-wide effects as the season progresses. And then at some point it’s all gonna escalate to insanity and come crashing down like Ren’s kingship, which I also can’t wait to see
Overall a really cool idea for this season’s shopping district!

do we know what foods Jakurai likes other than natto and possibly pumpkin if we go off the hypcake..
i am certainly not the jakurai lore person i used to be so i’m sure there are plenty more i’m not thinking of??? but off the top of my head he likes
vanilla ice cream enough to put natto on top of it (a man truly built different)
he’s made french food in an arb event so he’s probably partial to french cuisine (he’s a francophile in arb tho hon hon hon oui oui baguette)
vegetable stew???? nikujaga??? idk there’s that time he made stew for everyone and was seen shopping for vegetables the chapter before lol but i’d have to listen to the track for the exact food

Maybe a hot take but if for whatever reason you cannot boycott maybe keep that to yourself? Don’t go around telling everyone and the dog “omg I have to eat McDonald’s 😢 I can’t afford anything else” because 1) there are plenty of better and cheaper options, trust me I’ve been there and I didn’t eat McDonald’s a single time when I was there. And 2) when you say things like that you’re clearly trying to get people to sympathize with you and reassure you that you’re not a bad person and you’re not doing anything wrong. People are literally dying, this situation is not about you.
Decades in the future, when all this is in the history books, people in Palestine won’t remember that you couldn’t stop drinking Starbucks because it’s the only coffee shop in your area. They’ll remember that people in a first world country refused to do the bare minimum to help them.
