stiles introduction, swinging down from god knows where while scott holds a bat to tell him that hey dude there’s a dead body in the woods let’s go find it

lydia’s character introduction and subsequent claiming of allison as her new best friend

coach. that’s it.

stiles’ lycanthropy joke and scott being completely clueless

derek’s introduction. that’s all i need to say.

#also the incredible way they set up the rest of the show and the characters dynamics #anti scott mccall #just fyi #scott’s complete disregard of stiles trying to warn him and his immediate disdain for derek (for no reason???)#all he cares about is allison and his own image #just his innate selfishness which becomes his biggest flaw later on #god baby stiles’ face when scott slams him into the wall kills me every fucking time #and how it all sets up scott’s hatred of derek and hatred of born wolves #derek literally tries to warn scott that he’s a danger to allison and scott just refuses to believe him and blames him instead #his prejudice is there from episode one #like derek really just wanted to help scott but scott fucking refused to trust him because he’s a wolf and that must make him inherently bad #meanwhile stiles!! is just rolling with it!! he immediately makes it a we situation #god i could go on forever about this actually cause scott treats everyone around him (except allison) like absolute shit #teen wolf #talia rewatches teen wolf #you can mute that fyi cause this isn’t stopping anytime soon
