Of course, it is canon that GLaDOS loves Chell, which is part of why it has a higher rating. But I don't personally feel like it's a reciprocated love. I just feel that it would be hard for Chell to love her back based on her actions in the game.

Now, as someone who ships Chelley, I should specify how I find the situations to differ, seeing as they have both tried to kill her to some extent. I think the main difference is that Wheatley had a more positive relationship with her before he was corrupted by the chassis (showing he cared about what happened to her, coming back to her after he got crushed, getting her out of there before GLaDOS could kill her, etc.), whereas, at least to my knowledge, GLaDOS never showed Chell any signs of clear, genuine care or concern before she was revealed to be trying to murder her, along with the fact GLaDOS had been planning the surprise from pretty early on.

All that being said, absolutely no hate to the ship, I like it a lot myself. It's just that in terms of the feelings on both ends being canon, it doesn't feel very likely to me.
