- deliciously savory (i used a pinch of smoked paprika in place of cayenne)

- hideous. as soon as i tried to flip the patties they disintegrated. could have been a number of things: i used a can of beans (drained them) instead of soaking dried ones overnight. i used extra lemon juice which could have made everything too liquidy. not enough flour. i tried to blitz cautiously but still ended up with too much mushiness. next time i will soak my own beans. 

- parsley needs to be more finely chopped before going in the processor

- TOO SALTY. next time i need to omit the salt !
