Woe, splatoon weapon ideas be upon ye

1. Puff brush

The puff brush is based on a makeup brush, specifically, a blush brush

The puff brush can work like a regular brush, in which you can spread ink by holding ZR and running. However, what sets it apart from other brushes it that instead of swinging the brush by pressing ZR repeatedly, the brush instead shoots out a small burst of ink in front of you, “puff” of ink if you will.

2. Pullback stringer

The pullback stringer is a stronger subclass based on bow shaped water guns, the specific inspiration is the Nerf Rebelle Dolphins bow blaster

How the pullback stringer works is that you can press ZR for individual shots. However, if you hold ZR, you can send out a long lasting beam of ink, think of a weaker version of the Sting Ray, but it can’t go through walls.

3. Heat blaster

The heat blaster is a blaster that is based on the Nerf Rebelle Powebelle and hairdryers. The hairdryer part was inspired by how when I first saw the gun while looking up nerf toys for splatoon weapon ideas, one of the first things I thought was “That sh*t looks like a hairdryer” the fact that it required 6 AA batteries further pushed the comparison.

The heat blaster can shoot out blasts of ink, if you hold ZR, you can shoot out a blast of heated ink for huge damage! A held blast does drain quite a bit of ink though, so use it wisely!

5. W-ZAP 07

The W-ZAP 07 is based on the Wii zapper

(I couldn’t get an image here because tumblr hates me just look up the wii zapper online.)

There is an ink colored barrel where the wii remote would usually go.

There is a variant called the W-ZAP 12, which is based on Wii rock candy controllers

(Again, look up Wii rock candy controller because tumblr hates me)

The shell color is based on your current ink color. The name comes from when the Rock candy Wii controller/nunchuck first came out, which was September 14th, 2012.
