No idea if you've gotten something similar to this but,

Soul is always physically tired not matter how much they sleep

Mind is always mentally exhausted which is why he always has a headache.

And I don't know if it's actually possible to be emotionally exhausted but if it is Heart is always so emotionally exhausted and tired which is also why he's so emotionally unstable.

When they're Whole it heals for the most part, leaving mostly Soul's physical exhaustion behind.

(I have more but I think this is getting too long.)
