so fucked up how literally the only people on the planet that could've understood will and his experiences with the supernatual were billy and the flayed and they're all dead. he's one of a kind in the worst of ways. no one knows what it's like to be invaded on such a level, to have each and every one of your thoughts and senses and cells inhabited and handled by another person. not a monster with no understanding of the true cruelty it's committing, but a man who does, who even knows what it's like to be powerless, too, and will now do anything to secure complete and total control over others so that he never feels that way again. will, who was taken and subjected to his fate no matter if he ran and hid or stood his ground and fought. will, who has people that love him dearly, but that will never truly be able to understand what he lived through. will, who has always been right there, who has always cried out for help, who has always been invisible until it was already way too late.
