I’m still on my (slow) merlin rewatch bc I have nothing else on and my god this show pisses me off so much after season 1 😫😭
#absolute classic post first season degredation#s1 is bad but like bad in a fun way but s2 is just rage enducing and it only gets worse#also I hate to be that person but the ships the show ends up going with ???#i prefer Gwen with anyone other than Arthur and Morganas whole evil storyline is such a mess#like my favourite girls get character assassinated !#s1 was funny bc every conversation between characters was written as flirtation#the second they start committing to real romance arcs no#i was watching a couple episodes with a friend a couple days ago and we were just rewriting the plot the whole time bc we were angry#abt so much#we’d both watched the show back in 2008-10 and then rewatched in mid 2010s#her homophobic dad watched merlin 🤣🤣#what a show to induce further homophobia Tbf#lance x Gwen or Morgana x Gwen best ships change my mind#see how I don’t mention the two main men in this show yeah I hate them 😐
