TALEGONG LONGBOARD FESTIVAL 2013

INDONESIA Official Longboard Event!!!

This event will be held at Talegong - Garut, West Java INDONESIA, at 14 - 15 Sept,2013

It will be two days event :

- DOWNHILL OPEN LONGBOARD RACE - LONGBOARD SLALOM RACE (Time Trial) - FREERIDE JAM (Skate Camp and Barbeque party also will be provide)

Riders all over South East Asia let's gathering together for this event. Let’s spread the stoked!!! to grow the local scene and show everyone the awesome hills and spot we have here!! Of course we hope to see our brothers and sisters from around the world attend this too!

REGISTRATION

REGISTRATION FEE :

(Including Meals 2 (two days), Grouping Camp Tent)

- Downhill Race & Freeride Jam : IDR 250K - Longboard Slalom Race : IDR 150K

(For those that who only join for camp) - Camp Fee : IDR 150K

(The form is for everyone who join the Race and also who only attending the skate camp please fill the form also,we need to sure how many people will be attend the camp)

TRANSPORTATION

FROM JAKARTA

- We will rent a Bus or Van from Jakarta to Camp Venue (Pengalengan)

- The Bus will be leaving from Jakarta on friday after lunch (2 PM on time) at Watermelon Board Shop Address : jalan gandaria 1 no 336 Jakarta selatan, Indonesia 12240 ( you can see the map at our page )

"But we need to make sure how many people will be trip with the bus to calculate the cost per person"

FROM BANDUNG

- We also gonna prepare for rent a bus or van to some group who arrived at Bandung

- If you late / missed the bus that we already prepare or you want to take a trip by your self/group there is also public transportation from Bandung to Pengalengan. (Not recommended except you rent a car and driver)

"PLEASE MAKE NOTE AT REGISTRATION FORM WHAT TRANSPORTATION THAT YOU CHOOSE"

There also some crew here that might help about the accomodation but you have to ask nicely.

ACCOMODATION

- For those who arrived before friday in Indonesia ( Jakarta or Bandung), please let us know, Yudo house at Jakarta is free for stay there, and some crew might also give a free place to stay at Jakarta or Bandung

CAMP

- Camp area will be placing at the top of tea garden hill, near of local housing resident,

- There will be toilet at local house, but don't expect it will be a toilet with lux facilities,

- Please bring your own warm outfits because of the temperature will be cold at night and day,

- Because of the area is on top of the hill and far from the city please prepare about stuff that you will bring, here's the stuff that u have to prepare :

1. Flashlight 2. Jacket / Warm outfits 3. Toilet paper 4. Your own medication needs

- In case you can't work or fell comfort with the camp facilities there will be a hotel about 5-8 km near the event area, Info about the Hotel will be update soon.

SURF TRIP

For anyone/group who interest about West Java Beaches, we're going to arrange trip to Batukaras Surf Spot after event for SURF, SKATE & SMILE trip!!!

• WE WILL BE GOING FROM RACE VENUE TO CIMAJA SPOT AT SUNDAY EVENING AFTER THE RACE AND STAY UNTIL TUESDAY, AND WILL BE BACK TO JAKARTA OR BANDUNG AT THE EVENING. • WILL BE ARRIVED AT BANDUNG EARLY MORNING • AND ARRIVED AT JAKARTA AT THE MORNING • IT TAKES 4 - 5 HOURS FROM CIMAJA to JAKARTA and BANDUNG ======================
