#actually saved someone’s life last night forreal#despite working in the ER i almost never save people who are literally straddling the line b/w life and death but my pt’s sugar dropped#to 23 💀 so i smashed that staff assist button and slammed the dextrose and she ended up being okay#visibly was circling the drain and was about to be comatose/dead#she is chillin now
