I also know the bigger voice is going to say “BUY SOMETHING THAT MAKES YOU ENOUGH MONEY TO BUY 10 CHAINS......THEN IF YOU STILL WANT IT, YOU CAN HAVE THE CHAIN...AAAAAND THE MONEY!” Do you know the difference in between an asset and a liability? #LIABILITIES take money. #ASSETS bring money. Your house for example....is a liability because you have to spend to maintain/improve it but it brings you no financial return. This is why barring any medical issues that require expensive conveniences....buying the big house for mama year one or with your first check is not the move. It’s way smarter to buy a duplex or a complex, then take the proceeds to buy mom the house of her dreams. This way.....they could stop booking you for shows TOMORROW and your #Tlady won’t have to move out of the nice house and go backwards. Food for thought.
