i watched the married virgin (1918) (great title) with valentino and i actually really enjoyed it, not only is he really great (such power and presence!) but kathleen kirkham was also really great in it too (i'm kind of shocked i'd never heard of her before because her performance was wonderful) and i loved vera sisson's eyebrows (such a unique shape) and the dresses they both wore were sooooo beautiful! but then i went on letterboxd and was shocked to see everyone else had a response of "this is middling"
