Anyone worried about about china's rise to dominance and the era of Authoritarianism it will bring?

the other post was worded incorrectly so im going to have to post again.

It's worrying that china is set to become the next superpower and will bring about an age of Authoritarianism in it's wake where all 195 countries on Earth will strive to become like it. shedding away and eradicating democracy and adopting all of china's oppressive policies, the latest being the dreaded Social credit score set to be launched in 2020. Any attempt to bring back democracy will be impossible and aid regimes across the planet will ensure it dies as an ideology by wiping it from collective memory or making it look like a failed "Troublemaker" ideology.

once china launches its social credit system it will trigger a chain reaction where other countries will follow suit and will signal the ultimate death knell of Democracy and show that Authoritarianism and China have won.

Western culture and ideals are dying and Authoritarianism is on the rise and will eventually engulf the entire planet. Every nation on earth being ruled by the Worst of Humanity. Despots who care little for the future and survival of the species. treating them more as slaves and as cogs in their machines.

Because if that is how fucked the world is and will be in the future, I don't know if we even should be optimistic anymore if we are going to experience living under a tyrannical authoritarian governemnt that sees you as the enemy and constantly watches and tracks you and that at any moment they can just flag you for whatever excuse they pull out of their ass, break down your door and drag you off to be "corrected" or imprisoned. someday we wont be abe to talk like this. someday we might do a seemingly innocuous thing and then they swoop in and deem you untrustworthy or an enemy of the state and drag you off to be tortured or sent to a re education facility

Makes one wonder if Authoritarianism was always the ideal "utopian" system for Humanity since we all seem destined for it.

I feel i and others have no place in such a future. this is why i ask
