my gaming pc is just????? shot to hell???? IDK WHAT HAPPENED ive been trying every fix i know for the past 3 hours to NO avail and it's like

at this point i might have to take it in but idek WHERE to take it, i bought it custom in 2020, and i have fairly decent knowledge and have taken it apart and reassembled it, but whatever this is, is beyond my ability to diagnose\

i am truly just. SO upset. i would gladly welcome an asshole mainsplaining techbro into my home rn if he could FIX THIS without my having to spend a zillion dollars and play the anxiety waiting game for a professional diagnosis

#the duality of fran #yeah yeah there are worse things #but i wanna play bg3 and cry #im very small and very tired and overwhelmed #fans are on incl gpu fans #so i dont think its a power issue #BUT power button light isnt on and pc wont shut down unless i cut off the power at the outlet #like i cant just hold to shut down #let alone get a signal to the monitor #tried resetting the cmos to factory settings to see if it would reset the bios #no luck\#unplugged and replugged the RAM and gpu in case smthn was disconnected for whatever reason. no luck #like idk what to do beyond this! idk how to diagnose what's wrong bc i cant narrow down whats malfunctioning #i cant even get it to boot up properly #and i dont want to keep half booting it up and then murdering it by unplugging since the power button isnt working #\i feel like the power button not shutting it down is significant but idk what to DO with that info #fuck me. i need to get drunk and cry but i have work tmrw and i have to go to this important out of office meeting ALONE WITH STRANGERS #AND i took off the tattoo bandaid and im SO itchy and one spot is a lil oozy right in the elbow crease
