Tricolored Munia

You may have seen this tiny bird even in your neighborhood, because its a common bird in any part of Sri Lanka. It is a native bird to Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, and southern China. The white rumped munia with the white belly is known among the locals as the "Vee Kurulla- වී කුරුල්ලා"
