And after bike there is... Run!🏃🏼 My runpart started awful. My asthma got the better of me, so I couldn't catch my breath. I had to hike for about 250m.🙄 I started walking and decided to keep it speeding up until running would be more logical. This took about 3 minutes... 😤 but after that I could run and keep ging faster without any problem. If would have been better if it were a little further cause I gained lots of speed without breathing troubles after 1/5 of the track. A very easy run. ❤ Testing my bones and allthough some hurt it looks like I'll be fine. Ran very slow because it's hot, 33°c, but it was okay and not too hot.
