Okay Jokes aside Cake was one of my first faves in the show & I expected to get sad about his eliminiation but now I'm just ... kinda mad? Like, I wouldn't mind If he either didn't mention Loser at all or said something about him being able to live without Loser because that WOULD be an understandable development for his character. But Cake just saying something about "not living in his shadow anymore" is So Strange because 1. They were literally friends the whole time in oldBFB (ignoring like 1 thing he said in bfb 7 which also felt Forced) 2. It literally wasn't . Like That Lol What. People can be dependant on each other without having to throw away their whole friendship. Peculiar Wording Choice

aaaaa i need to talk about yellow face i am so excited with where his character is heading. the entire point of him is he craves everyone’s eyes on him 24/7 and he used to do the most horrendous shit to make that happen but over time he calmed down when he realised he doesn’t need that to get the validation he needs, but when he lost clock- the only person to really promise to do better for him and try to be a good friend to him- he just completely flipped his shit and is even worse off than before, demanding everyone to praise him and hurting anyone who isn’t immediately benefiting him. Good.

overall fun episode, and I was a bit disappointed with DPA’s arc not really getting much development/attention but it was still fun. Tb’s line about using your friends as a tool was a highlight but…
