almost had a party wipe in dnd~~~
(it was actually fine, just three of us dropped to zero from one spell and i was eight hit points from full on dying to it, haha)
#good dramatic session that gave us lots of info and also incidentally indicated my cleric's church might be filled with cultists#totally fine and normal! definitely not going to lead to any rash decisions! absolutely not at the start of a personal corruption spiral!#(look when i have things like command and suggestion as auto-prepared spells and i can read thoughts as a channel divinity...)#(me personally that just feels like it's gonna lead to bad places)
