Ohhh, the King Arthur "Perfectly Pillowy Cinnamon Rolls" recipe is really good. I swapped out bread flour for all-purpose flour, and I haven't bothered to make icing for them, but they're really good as they are. I won't show you a picture of mine, because they're pretty ugly, but they taste great.
