Hate having to explain to the old hag supervisor that I only got like an hour of sleep because of a new medication and I can't come in because I can't focus and I feel like a zombie, because unlike every other supervisor who would be like, sympathetic at least, she just says "Okay. Thanks." In that tone that you can hear her eyes rolling.

I bet she would scoff if I told her I was on an anti anxiety medication.
