#though it occurs to me that the format and overall story of pendragon doesn't really lend itself to exploring things like the nuances of#each individual character which is just to say that there IS more to be done in the pendragon universe contrary to what dj machale has said#using the tags to go on this tangent that i'm reminded of#in interviews when asked if he ever plans to write about the pendragon characters again he always answers something along the lines of#''the story in pendragon is complete and i would never say never but i don't have any idea how i could continue it''#but like the question isn't about CONTINUING pendragon but just about writing in that universe again#i think it's obvious that there's much much more to explore (not just with characters but with the territories themselves)#which makes me think that maybe dj is answering that way on purpose to avoid saying that he just doesn't want to LOL#so it's not really that aja (or any of the characters) have WASTED potential#because it makes sense why her character wasn't explored to her full potential in the series. but there is still room to explore#that's my rant anyway thanks for the ask !!!#ask#the-bael-is-burning#analysis
