Do you have daily, weekly, monthly INTENTIONS? These are different than goals. In fact, it’s like the Things you need to do daily to help you reach your goals as a whole person. Whole person? Yea, Heart, Soul, Health, Emotions all intact. Not at the brink of exhaustion, bankruptcy, divorce, custody battle...you get my drift? I know I’m a much better person when I make Intentional choices daily! 1. Spend time Focused on God 2. Gratitude...I find 3 things to be grateful about/for. #attitudeofgratitude 3. Move my body 30+ mins #movementgoals 4. Drink 1/2 my weight in ounces of Water! (This week 90oz) #hydrationgoals 5. Spend time w Nature...touch the earth w my bare feet, be still, become aware of my surroundings #grounding 6. Sleep 7.5-9hrs #sleepsmarter 7. Eat food that makes me feel good later! I can eat anything I want but I think about How I’ll feel later. For me...that piece of chocolate w Palm or coconut oil looks & will taste sooo good, but I will have such gut burn, belly ache & breakouts for the following 1-3days! #notworthit 8. Learn something #learnersareearners 9. Relationships before income #memoriesnotmoney 10. Lift up everyone I touch...As a hairstylist, I get paid to touch people! My online presence is to inspire, lift up not be popular 🤷♀️ #remindmyself #bekindbefirst At the end of my day...if I accomplished all 10, #thisdaymattered What are your intentions? You may not even realize you have them...write it down! Maybe you want to feel better at night about your day...make a list of things that would make you feel better if you did. Every intention of every day matters...make the choice to be intentional about how you want to feel!
