She felt excitement, a light happiness in the pit of her stomach- she felt as though she was flying with every step she took. She felt like an optimist, she felt lucky. She wasn't in control anymore.. All thoughts of optimism were crowded out by fear. She had no control over her feet, her legs, her body. He didn't know- Kaiba wasn't panicked, he didn't know. She was a monster she was going to hurt him, she couldn't stop it. They were right. He greeted her kindly, asked if she was a fan. She was. They were right. Without her consent her arms were pushing him down. They were right. She was begging herself to stop, an internal conflict which Kaiba could not see. She was a monster. They were right. She needed to be sent away. Her hands wrapped around his neck. They were right, she couldn't be trusted, she wasn't normal, he wasn't sane, she didn't deserve to be free. She shouldn't be doing this, she needed to stop, they were right they were right they were right. Her head was a cacophony of screams, begging herself to stop this, she didn't want this. She didn't want to hurt him, she didn't want to hurt anyone. She didn't want to prove them right. She was scared, she couldn't stop, he couldn't shake her off, her heart was heavy, his face was blue...

Kat woke up, her heart pounding, her mind spinning- she was in a panic, but the emotions she brought with her from her dreams didn't last for very long.

It was subtle, there wasn't anything which gave her identity, no name, no “Dragon Warrior", just her face. She couldn't believe it. Kaiba knew who she was- or could have. He knew her as a duelist (?) and liked her enough to get her face on a shirt? It wasn't strange to find a man who respects you as a professional attractive, and while he had been very appealing before, she wanted to jump his bones now.. jumping his bone would also work.
