#looked up journey to the west for fun on the hellsite#found out that there's this show called monkie kid? and its like journey to the west but instead of tripitaka its some kid or smth idk#theres a macaque that everyone thinks is sexy or whatever#not my thing but im not judging#anyways im sitting there looking at his picture of macaque and thinking ''why does this look like lego''#turns out it is a lego property?????? when did they get the rights to that#apparently the show is actually good maybe ill watch it#but anyways i looked it up on the lego site because i like me a browse through pretty lego sets sometimes#and i see the price tags attached#HOLY FUCK#WHY IS IT ALL UPWARDS OF $50 FOR RELATIVELY SMALL SETS#WAS IT ALWAYS THIS EXPENSIVE???? I DONT REMEMBER IT BEING THIS EXPENSIVE#like i got a whole ass dragon and two minifigures as part of a ninjago set like 10 years ago for $25#or maybe even $20#it was a good dragon too like a golden one#and idk i remember it being a lot more than what they have on offer on the site#ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY US DOLLARS FOR A HIDEOUT SET#who is buying this shit#i actually need to know#back on my bullshit
