im really glad my moms new joke is asking me if ill be okay living in an unfinished unheated basement. its so funny. makes me feel soooo loved and wanted. i sure hope she keeps doing that the whole time we're house hunting

#its not like i have trauma about her locking me in the cellar basement of one of our old houses when i was like 5!!#(i do. she did that. to me and my siblings. 4 separate people. and then just tried to deny it ever happened. )#the worst part is we do know i can i fact survive an unheated finished basement #because my current basement room was unheated for years because she wouldnt believe me that the heat wasnt working.#so like there is actually a non zero chance ill get put in an unheated basement.#i know i saw a house for sale an unheated finished basement and was like MAN HOPE I DONT HAVE TO LIVE IN THAT #i hope we both die to be honest this sucks
